They conned me, don't let them con you. Please just don't order from them.

No voy a perder el tiempo hablando mal de esta gente... Ni se os ocurra comprar. Ni se os ocurra....Pensé que estaba inmunizado contra los choris pero no es así....He pagado dos veces por un producto que dice han entregado ... Al aire ..... Huid mientras podáis ...voy a ir a mi banco para que lo anule todo ... huid

The ozerty 27easysmartwatchblue. It is rubbish. the customer service are also terrible. Despite knowing that the item does not work they insist on sending instructions. Am finally sending back. and want my money back.

IT IS A SCAM!

I placed an order and upon review, realized that the Country/State was shown as Cadiz....which is in Spain. I live in the USA! I tried to call....with no success. No way to leave a message. I sent an email and received a response the next day. Despite the fact that you are told it will take several days to received the ordered product...they supposedly filled and shipped the order immediately...to Cadiz, Spain!!!??? Even the Post Office will verify that the address is a deliverable address. DON'T Order from this entity!

Within two hours of placing an order on 12 July, my banks fraud department contacted me and asked if I had authorised a transaction for £24.98 with Ozerty - answer yes, then another one with Ozerty for £0.00, answer no, then another one with Ozerty for another £0.00 (yes both for no value), answer no. The bank immediately cancelled my card because of suspicious use by Ozerty. I tried to cancel my order with Ozerty, but as other reviewers have found out - you can't, wait until it arrives and then you can return it !!! The order has arrived today (12 days), which looks OK, and after an email from them informs me that it has been delivered, another email arrives offering me a £5 voucher because my order is taking longer than expected - I will not be redeeming this. Looks like my bank have protected me from possible unwanted debits, which I note other reviewers have had. I wish I had taken the bother to read reviews of this company before buying from them and will not be using them again.

THE ONLY WAY THIS COMPANY CAN IMPROVE IS TO STAY IN CHINA. ON RETURNS YOU CAN ONLY SEND BACK TO CHINA . I PURCHASED AN ORDER AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR AN EXTRA ONE .
OUT OF ORDER HOW ARE THEY ALOWED TO CHEAT THE ENGLISH PEOPLE . MIND YOU EVERY BODY SEEMS TO WANT TO CHEAT US TERRY HOLT

Son ciertos todso los comentarios negativos es una completa estafa, lo que no entiendo es como no les cierran la tienda, los productos son muy malos y te ponen una cantidad a pagar y luego te pasan dos cargos por casi el doble, no se como lo pueden hacer sin permiso y como se lo permiten.

I Paid, 12 Euro at checkout, yet they took 28 Euro. I contacted them 2 hours after the check out, they said that the charges were for services, and the order had been processed, so they not help. The item turned up 2 weeks later at its rubbish.
THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS.

Compre varias veces el mismo producto, porq no me comunicaba q la compra estuviese realizada, y mediante la aplicación no t permite cancelar la compra realiza.
En ese mismo momento me di cuenta por me enviaron los mensajes al correo y me puse en contacto por teléfono, imposible comunicar con ellos y por correo contestando al día siguiente q ya se había realizado el pedido q lo devolviera cuando me llegase.
La devolución de tiene q realizar a China, me salía más caro q el producto.
Al final me ofrecieron devolverme el 50 % del valor del producto pero no me lo realizaron de todas las compras, tras envíales mensajes durante una semana.
Un fraude, no volveré a comprar aqui

Purchased an item inNov, 2024: was pleased but was charged an extra fee which I paid on my credit card,,have not purchased anything since , but got charged again this month ,July 2025, for these extra charges,,55.98). Can’t contact them,, won’t answer phone,, set email,, still nothing ,, won’t order anymore

Bought beach shoes off Amazon £9.99 & 4.99 postage, they added charges of £20. I cancelled immediately. Amazon confirmed would get a refund that was 25/6/25. Not received even though Ozerty said I had been refunded and Amazon said same. I rang amazon today explained story and complaint was escalated to fraud dept.
Rang My bank they picked up that transaction on credit card was Ozerty not Amazon, they believed it was a scam as even though I was charged £20 extra for postage the return address on package was Cannock UK. Also to check with TrustPilot to make sure site was genuine before purchase. Good advice.
Had email from Amazon today they can’t trace order and told to deal with my bank. They don’t seem bothered that this outfit is a scam and trading as Amazon shop.
Ongoing claim with bank now for a refund.

I did not confirm the purchase of my order, but they processed it anyways.

After ordering an $11.49 item with free shipping promised, the invoice included a previously unmentioned service charge of $19.94.

Pésima empresa, estafadora. Compras producto de precio bajo con envío gratuito. Sin aviso te cargan adicionalmente unos servicios no pedidos derivados de supuestas razones ecológicas. El sobrecargo es mayor que el precio del producto. Una tomadura de pelo. NO COMPRAR EN OZERTY

when i placed the order it stated delivery as free of charge, the email confirmation stated over £13.00, they claimed this was an eco policy. i cancelled within 13 hours and they would not accept the cancellation, which courier/service would be delivering the item and would not provide a return address. Four days later the items shows as not being dispatched but they will not cancel the order

Do not order from them. I repeatedly tried to cancel an order after I saw the reviews and checked the BBB. My requests were ignored and they charged my credit card. I contacted my credit card company, and thankfully they took care of it. When the package arrived I didn't open it and sent it back. I haven't heard anything back from the company.

Don't order from them. After I ordered I received an email receipt showing an extra £13 service charge. This was not shown at checkout time. I have reported them to my credit card company

Not the price you see at check out. The phone number is a scam. No one ever answers. I can't believe they have not been shut down.

Det produkt der blev leveret matcher IKKE det produkt der blev bestilt eller som vises på websiden. Check volum INDEN potential køb. Den står slet ikke nogensteder og var kun 5 gram! Endnu bedre - køb ALDRIG fra Ozerty.
"Gratis levering i DK" - ha ha - men de trak 130 kr (produktet: 79kr) for ekstras inkl. vel transport fra Kina. Produktet blev leveret 3 uger efter køb (efter jeg rykkede), men pengene blev trukket ved købet.
Hold jer langt væk fra søde Sarah.
