Truthfully its a bit of a scam
Truthfully its a bit of a scam. Beware.
Received a for £20 gift card (from work) but you have to spend exactly that amount online as they give it to you to spend like a Debit Visa Card.
I tried to order something from Asos for £19.99 but with postage it was £25 so was I unable to order. So stupid. What if I don't want something that is under £20 with postage on Asos or any of the other websites and want to contribute it to something with more value or that I actually want? Might as well go to individual retailer and get gift card or avoid One4All all together.

Embarrassing product in the age of contactless and Apple pay etc
I agree with other one stars and this is not worth receiving as a gift at all! takes the joy out of gift - complicated numbers ,must register on website-why? you live in age of Apple pay, PayPal, contactless cards - make your gift card easier for customers.

I’ve never been so embarrassed. Went to one of the chapter collection pubs. Went to pay for our food with the card and the staff said they have never heard of it. They tried to use it to pay for our food but it did not work. Lucky we had the money to pay for it. Absolutely disgusting

Please contact the management of Chapter collection, as they clearly state they do accept our cards. This is an inhouse issue, rather than a O4A one, however we remain really sorry that you were made to feel this way.

Nice way to send a gift especially as you can send it as a text message on the day of someone’s birthday. Plenty of confirmation emails to say the order was confirmed and that the text message with the gift had arrived plus an email to say the gift had been used.
I have heard from a family member that you cannot use the gift as a partial payment online but you can only in a store.

I received a “One4all” gift card and could not scratch the silver bar on the back.
I contacted the company and they asked for a picture of the front and back of the card.
They also asked for the original receipt or if I didn’t have that a picture of a utility with my name and address on it.
I did not have the original receipt because it was a gift so I sent the picture of the utility bill.
They requested another picture of the back of the card and the original receipt.
Back to square 1.
I did a google search on “One4all gift cards reviews”.
Reviews for One4all gift cards are largely mixed to negative.
What a surprise.
Update: After contacting the company 4 times, I did get a digital Master Card.

In the meantime, would the person you sent the digital card to, prefer a standard O4A physical card?
If so we can do that for them.

Both bother with getting a gift card…
Both bother with getting a gift card have been contacting customers service trying to resolve an issue with the card, as I can use it at all when you talk to them at customers service told every time the case has been escalated with there tech team but nothing is ever resolved, so they still have £150 of my money. And this has been going on since June terrible now I’m going to have to talk to trading standards you should be ashamed

Terrible!! dont buy, you will have to verify identity, download the app, go through a million hours to register and then you wont be able to use it wherever shop you like as all shops have multiple restrictions, no on sale, no click and collect....

Would give 0 stars if possible
Have three gift cards totalling £60 but good luck trying to use them to buy anything, as you can't split or have the cost of the voucher deducted from the basket total. Complete sham.

Hi Tom, You can use this as part payment instore simply tell the cashier the value on your card and they can swipe this through, and you can pay the balance. Most retailers can accept up to three forms of payment, but it does depend on each individual retailer if part payment is accepted.
When spending online the balance of the gift card must cover the full transaction cost as most retailers do not have an option online to add another card.
Do not buy - it's ridiculously limited.
Do not buy. I received this as a gift from the children in my card. As much as love the kind gesture and am very grateful, the card is soo limited with where you can spend it. Even when the app clearly states that you can use your card in Sainsbury's (for example), you often can't or you need to download a 'code' in order to use it.
Overall, it's a really useless card. Much better off buying an Amazon voucher or John Lewis or anywhere else to be honest. It's such a shame

To view a full list of participating retailers for online here: https://www.one4all.com/retailer.html. All retailers with a red arrow cursor beside them can accept your card online also.
You use your card the same way you would use your Visa /Debit card instore .
I buy two gift card
I buy two gift card. Only one can be added to Apple wallet. And only one card’s transaction can be shown in APP. All the balance of cards cannot be shown in APPS.

Hi, You can add multiple One4all gift cards to Apple Wallet. To do this, download the One4all App, and you can add all your gift cards to your apple wallet, Simply select the 'Add to Apple Wallet' option in the app, and follow the prompts to complete the process.
You can see the balance of your One4all card in the app. To do this, log in, and your balance will be displayed on the top right corner of the gift card image.
