After navigating through a number of options I finally got the one I needed. Instead of picking up my call I was served classical music concerto. After 10 minutes of waiting with any indication my call will be responded I gave up.
For me it is a sign of arrogance and neglect of customers.

Its so pathetic your money and you can’t use it simply its so complicated and tangled and their customer service is pathetic as well if you stuck somewhere you have to wait for hours to get help. So avoid at all costs.

Do not give out Card from shops
If you have been given a Card purchased from a shop YOU CANNOT USE IN A LOT OF SHOPS i.e.Primark ! They can't be used. Speaking to there customer service they can only be used in a very number of limited places ? And there telephone number on there answer phone So fast it takes a number of calls to get the full number, and on there website the numbers not given out ! Hidden I expect.

Very poor experience
I am completely frustrated with the whole process with the digital card and will never be using it again!
The app is useless and it won’t let me log in online with the same account so ever-time I log in I have to re set my password.
The list of retailers is poor.
I’m trying to exchange the card for a voucher to use with Amazon and nothing is simple or goes smoothly. It’s just a headache! Never again

We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the outcome and understand how frustrating it must be to discover that your cards have expired and the remaining balance can no longer be used.
We do our best to make expiry dates as clear as possible by printing them on the card and card carrier, as well as displaying them within your Love2shop account if your card is registered. Information about expiry dates is also available in our online FAQs and Terms & Conditions.
As your cards were provided by a corporate organisation, they were intended to be used before their expiry dates. As the funds were originally purchased by the company rather than yourself, we’re unfortunately unable to replace expired cards or reinstate the remaining balance. Any unused balance is deducted in line with the sales agreement in place with the card provider.
We appreciate that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

If you want your money held hostage by a company pretending to be ‘useful’ then love2shop is the one for you.
It says to use it ‘like a debit card’ however I’ve never seen a debit card where you have to have the exact amount for the transaction.
Won’t be using again - not willingly anyways!!

Your Choice, Purple and digital cards use credit card technology, which means that online retailers generally require the full transaction amount to be available on a single card. Unfortunately, most retailers do not support splitting an online payment across multiple cards, so the balance on one card would need to cover the entire purchase.
However, you can use your card to make part-payments in store, allowing you to pay the remaining balance using another payment method.

Truly pointless, and unfair company. My experience was bad it cost both time and money.
The people on the customer services seem nice but the complex policies are truly shocking, unfair and a waste of your time.
Make your own life easier and buy an Amazon voucher.

This company are useless
This company are useless! I ordered an e voucher (to be delivered by email) and despite the funds being taken from my bank account, I received no voucher or email confirmation.
I emailed the company to ask about this and didn’t hear anything back from them.
Finally 3 days later I have had to contact someone on the website’s live chat and they have assured me I’m getting a refund but I’d strongly advise against using this company, especially if you require your voucher quickly or value any sort of customer service.
The whole experience felt like a scam!

Will Just Email Spam You - Even after Email supposedly removed from system
Bought some vouchers from here for a colleagues leaving present. They came no issues. The problem began when they decide to rebrand from highstreetvouchers to love2shop. Now every week i get spammed with emails saying i havent re-registered even when i didnt want emails to be sent on preferences. I have contacted their customer service twice about getting my account closed and email removed from their list to which i have a confirmation email some someone in their customer service department. But low and behold im still getting spammed. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO HANDLE YOUR DATA REQUESTS AT ALL!!
