Complete Trash. Ive tried a dozen of the "accepted" retailers in store and can't spend the POS anywhere. Whats a scam. Never ever buy these things.

I expect that there will be a legal investigation into this company soon. One4all Gift Cards are very difficult to spend. I will never be using One4all in the future.

Almost impossible to spend. Feels like a scam, should be illegal. My daughter had one for Christmas so I gave her cash and took the voucher. Trying to spend online is pretty much impossible unless I find something that is exactly £5. Using in-store requires split payment. The problem is these are effectively just a pre-paid debit card, not a gift card but unlike a debit card you are heavily restricted on who will accept them. I expect the company make s fortune sitting on balances that never get used.

I let 2 cards lapse not understanding you get 1 year from purchase date to use, contacted centre customer care, very efficiently agreed to send out replacement cards, restored my faith in one 4 all just got to make sure I use them this time within 1 year

AVOID LIKE THE CLAP !! I have been trying to spend these cards I had for Christmas for a few months without success. I decided to call them after struggling to purchase from currys online , Told ' They dont work Online ' ??????? They advertise they ALL work online but trust me NONE of the stores I would allow online. I then said if I transferred to google wallet can I spend them anywhere ? ' Yes anywhere that excepts good play ' This is also completely incorrect information , I spend time doing this and drove to my preferred store to find them still not working. I was also told if they send me actual gift cards they work as a normal Visa card anywhere. This is ALSO untrue ! I then called to express my disappointment and after the person told me all of this I said I was not happy so they just put the phone down. I then purchased the Product with my own Money omitting the £480 I have in on these absolutely rubbish cards that you cant spend anywhere. If I could give a lower score I would, Customer service = 0 useability = 0 Overall Score = 0. Hopefully someone will read this and refrain from buying. Apart from that I am really unwell and this has made me bad today so thanks for that as well. Mither and stress I could do without.

Never in my life have I ever felt the need to write a review. How can I put it but absolutely useless!! Don’t bother buying one it won’t work and you will get ripped off. A total scam!!! Hope the company folds I’m sooooo angry

Really awful concept.
It is near impossible to actually spend these cards. They say you can use them online as a credit/debit card, but when you do, the company just delcines the card. Even if the amount you spend is less than or equal to the amount on your card.
Its likely their busienss strategy is just to make money selling cards, and then people give up on the cards and don't spend anything!

If I could give 0 stars I would.
The customer contact form does not work, the email address I was given gave no indication if the email had been received or not and although I got through on the contact number I have no resolution to my issue - a card I have attempted to spend on via an online retailer - the retailer not being given the funds by one 4 all despite my balance being more than the amount.
Do not trust this as a gift giving experience - it just leads to hassle.

i tried to redeem my gamer version for an xbox gift card and it wouldn’t let me it also wouldn’t let me use anything other than euros even tho i’m in england it still won’t let me i’ve even tried amazon ive been trying for about an hour now and im very pissed of the app is also just sh*t get a fricking grip you waste of a company

Having recently had a problem spending my £100 All4one card I contacted the company by e-mail and their response was much quicker than I expected.
I was advised that the card I had was expired and that was the reason I could not spend it.
I was told that a replacement £100 card would be sent in the next 7-10 days and as if by magic my new card arrived today as promised.

Card is for multiple cinemas but voucher is not being accepted by any cinema , this is totally unacceptable!!
Never buy these just give cash as a present !

This company appears to be total scam.
Their contact number doesn’t work, just sends you round in circles, their online contact form doesn’t work, their password reset doesn’t work. My child has been digital gifts from this company and cannot use the funds. Please don’t use them and get ripped off like our family members have.

The cards themselves are annoying to use and I'm glad to see them adopt the high value visa cards for employee benefits (ireland small exemption benefit). I couldnt use my saved cards for the purpose I had intended and was left with a high value over several cards. Very annoying. Customer service were really understanding and absolutely saved the day! Top service from the customer team! Shout out to Rudy, Elaine and Brandon!

It is so difficult to use these gift cards. If you use it online the balance on your card needs to cover the full purchase cost, it cannot be used to put towards the purchase cost as it is used as the payment card not a gift voucher. When I have tried to use it in store, it was not accepted. If you don't spend it within 18 months, they take 90p a month as a card management fee - for doing nothing! Such a waste of money.

A terrible experience, they sent my voucher to the wrong address, I didn't call and couldn't speak to anyone. I tried filling out the form more than 20 times and it always gave an error. It's a real scam. They keep the vouchers for themselves and write false addresses, and when you try to contact them, it's impossible to contact them by phone or email. It's a scam, the vouchers were stolen. Eon gave me a £50 voucher and they took it. Eon says ask One4all and they can't be reached. They're both scammers. I don't recommend One4all or EON to anyone. 1 Start is to much they regret ----1000

What is the point of online contact form when it doesn't load at the end just says error what an absolute waste of time for people filling it out to then realise it won't load after submitting, not everyone wants to speak on the phone! Already phoned a few days ago and still not resolved I don't want to phone again.

Wanted to spend £50 @ boots but you can’t use these as part payment só it’s just a nightmare - it has to be right to the full amount

Essentially a scam. It is almost impossible to spend money paid on to the card.
It makes me quite sad that a relative has spent money on this.

A complete waste of my time. I have two of these pathetic gift cards and have given up trying to use them!

Sister bought my son this to spend at JD sports (listed shop on card)
So difficult to use and will only let u redeem on exact amount or less. The football boots he wanted were over £100 and the card was £45. Therefore couldn’t be used!
Never known a gift card to be so bad!
