Horrendous! Been attempting to use two separate cards, gifted to me. In store at M&S, the gift card was declined. Made payment with the second gift card- payment went through.
Came home, checked balance of declined card and £40 was the stated live balance. Attempted to use online today- failed again! Contacted one for all- they say balance was used in M&S- no it wasn’t. Card was returned to me by cashier and payment was made on alternative card.
This is the third issue I’ve had with gifted cards with this company- I’d never buy for a loved one and I will be asking gifted to not use the company in future. So very disappointed and feel robbed

Bought a digital card. Nothing arrived. After long time on the phone, requested refund. 7 days to get refund. Much better to just send cash as a gift via bank transfer. Avoid this

So disappointed
So disappointed. I was given my card as a lovely gift and chose to spend it in Marks & Spencer in store. Big mistake. Total humiliation every time I used it as staff were never sure how it worked, I was constantly asked if there was enough credit on it before it was used and I had to sign every time as well. One staff member actually told me the cards were total rubbish and most other retailers wouldn’t accept them in store. I was mortified as everyone else was listening. I would rather lose the money than use the card again

Attempting to actually use this gift card has been one of the more frustrating experiences of my lifetime. Not only is there a complicated online redemption system, but this was immediately followed by a system error and being unable to use the card at all. Would recommend literally any other gift card options!

The are the worst gift cards you can receive. Impossible to use online unless you are buying something worth less than the value of the card. Nothing seems to have improved over the years to make them easier to spend. The company clearly don't care about this, as unspent cards = bigger profit.

first 2 merchants wouldn't take card.
first 2 merchants wouldn't take card.. I called customer care for happy cards they said it had full balance and was merchants fault.. The third store I tried said it only works if you use exactly half the balance. So I got something out of the third merchant and still have half a balance left.. What a nightmare of an experience.. Shoppers and places can't sell these cards and merchants can't take part..

Customer service hung up on me
I recieved a gift card around two years ago as a birthday present from a friend. I remembered I had it and when I went to peel the tape off the back to read the pin, half the numbers came off. I know the pin is needed to do anything on these cards, but I wanted to at least contact customer service and ask if there was anything I could do. When I called, the first thing I noticed was that nothing they asked was relevant to my problem and there was no "if none of these apply to you press this button". Secondly, I picked the closest thing to what the situation was (card wasn't working but proof of receipt) and I explained to the lady what was going on and she hung up on me. I am severely disappointed by my first experience with the customer service and I hope this never happens to anyone else.

Incredibly inconvenient to use and…
Incredibly inconvenient to use and partners not as advertised. I spent multiple hours to get them to work for something of use. I paid my dad for them as he couldn't use them for Kayo even though it was advised.
It was a gift so next time I'll be giving cash... never again!!!

Told us our order had failed, and to place another. We did, and both arrived leaving us £600 down. Customer support to get it sorted was TERRIBLE.

Cards don't work, no customer service
Cards don't work anywhere and no customer service. Swipe it and the machines don't recognise them. Also some online retailers don't accept multiple gift cards so you can use multi at once. This gift has cost me over an hour in time, and frustrated me to no end
