There’s loads of options for gift cards better than this … I’ve had to ask my mum not to opt for this anymore because you can’t use it as a partial payment for anything that is more expensive than the balance so in effect unless really lucky there’s always something left over for the gift card provider. There’s no other logical reason for onshore ing other than to fleece the consumer. Happy for One4all to tell me differently but will probably be a lie if they do…I know you can’t choose the gift card but you should make people aware where possible.
Following response from One4all I will try using the physical card to make a part payment but I’d have to say other gift cards added to apple wallet can be used as a part payment so I don’t see why this can’t and what’s the point of adding it online if can’t use it freely online and with no warning of its limitations online?

the worst gift card company around
i received a gift card from my workplace after leaving. I was hoping it’d be an Amazon voucher as they’re usually hassle free. I can’t use this gift card, I wanted to purchase something higher in value but can’t do part payment, I also can’t add it to my wallet as I registered my account through signing in through Gmail. There is no option to sign in through Gmail on the app, and I can’t log in using my Gmail password so I had to reset my password and try and sign in through that, it now says log in request limit reached. Please save yourself the hassle and never buy one of these cards for yourself or anyone else. If you are a business please don’t buy one for your employee.

Appallingly difficult to use
Appallingly difficult to use. Our business just started using them for incentives and I’d strongly advise not to use this method. I found out there is another possibility of cashing the card in for a refund, however there is a £7.50 charge. The whole process fills set up to give up and lose the ‘gift’ thoroughly unpleasant experience trying to spend at a number of the listed retailers!!

I don't get the point of this company
I don't get the point of this company? Someone thinks they are doing something nice by purchasing you one of their cards but it's a waste of time. The cards are locked in and limited. You can't put it towards something bigger you want to purchase online because it's locked at a certain amount. 99% of the places it's accepted are somewhere I would never shop.
Make everyones life easier and open up all your cards to be exchanged for a voucher that can be used online as part of a purchase.

Scam - will never purchase one again
I got given a gift card for my birthday - tried using it on 3 occasions - it declined each time. I contacted customer services & they said it expired (it was less than a year old and the expiry date on the card was fine). They offered a digital or physical replacement card. I requested a physical one but they sent a digital one. I went back to them and insisted on a physical one. They finally sent me a physical one but this one doesn't work either. More hassle than it's worth!

This is a horrible card
This is a horrible card. I tried to use it and had to make an account. Then I went to purchase something from marks & spencer but because I only had £15 on the card and the order was more than this it wasn’t accepted as payment. So I added it to my apple wallet. Same thing it was declined. I tried to purchase something for less than £15 but it wasn’t one of their retailers.
I rang customer services and they said you can only use it at certain retailers even after adding it to apple and it cannot be used online as a part payment! Definitely avoid. Its not easy to set up and even harder to use!

Awful card
Awful card. As previous reviews, spending online is virtually impossible as you can only use one payment method, not use the full amount of your card and pay the rest with a bank card. If you do make a purchase you will be left with a small unspendable amount on the card.
I was given a £30 card as a present which I decided to ask for the money to be refunded by bank transfer - for which they charge £7.50. Give people a better gift card than these!

Really disappointed in this company I had been given 2 gift cards from 2 different people for my birthday and from work as an incentive. I struggled to get an account set up online due to log in issues , then once in could not use more then 2 payments online so couldn't find anything for the exact amounts then found out after the total of £50 on the gift cards this company took £16 in fees from my total . Im totally disgusted by this and as these were supposed to be a gifts for me . I have had to go into a store to spend some of the remaining money on the Gift card before One4all took anymore money. The worst thing is im immobile and a friend as at to take me in the shop , as I cannot walk unaided .
