One4all Gift Cards UK Arvostelua 

Just love One4all gift cards. I bought a digital card for a present. The site was easy to use and the card delivered and redeemed easily! I have used One4all a few times and it is always a great service!

Appalling gift cards which the website is confusing on where you can spend them. Customer service is rubbish and doesn’t follow a common sense approach. Will never be returning to these cards again.

Can’t fault customer services when I had to contact them. I had 3 gift cards in total that had all expired. 2 of them were restaurant ones which I didn’t realise became invalid after 12 months, and the other one was a normal gift card which I’d lost and as it had been longer than 18 months, a fee had been deducted off it every month. So a £40 gift card ended up dwindling down to around £20. I contacted customer services not expecting anything to be done, but I was provided with 3 brand new gift cards all with their original balance on, over £100 in total. They didn’t need to do this but I’m absolutely thrilled that they did and very grateful. Excellent company

I had an issue with a store not accepting my card and brought this to the attention if one4 all. They looked into this matter and resolved it for me. The customer service was very good.

Don't give this card to someone elderly like we did for our father. He struggled and was very embarrassed taking it into a shop to redeem and he had to walk away from the shop embarrassed and not with the item. Later he discovered he could attach it to Google play but still... It should not be this difficult to pay for an item like all other Gift cards.. Why can't you just scan it like any other gift card on the planet? Why make it so difficult..

Terrible. Charged £3 for a non existent delivery. Absolute joke of a company

very convoluted way to redeem the gift cards, no option to gift someone a surprise card, without sending them an email. no option to have both in store or online option, needed to select one option. very bad experience.

The service has improved. My go to for gift cards.

Once I realised I had to create an account to be able to use it - the process was simple and straightforward! I even used the WhatsApp site to send money to my niece . I was happy that I could also leave a message to send my wishes and It arrived straight away !

Such a shame as these cards use to be great, not sure when they change the process but if you are purchasing something online over the gift card amount you can’t do it. So the gift card then becomes redundant… won’t ever use them again!

Would give zero stars if I could. Please do not give this card to anyone, you will be charged and a hefty “management fee” will be deducted from the card balance monthly until there is nothing left and the recipient gets nothing. Absolute scam of a company and can’t believe this is still widely available.

I found their digital gift cards almost impossible to use. You can't spend them as a part payment to a transaction only a full payment. Meaning you will like never use the full balance of the card, unless the cost is the same as the exact amount on the card. I had £120 worth of their gift cards in multiples of £10s and £20s are never managed to spend one card. Its been a couple of years and I've just looked on my account to attempt at using them again and I've just found out that they start deducting the balances monthly if you don't use then. I now only have £38 left on 4 cards at £9.70. My opinion is that this company is stealing people's money. I wouldn't touch them ever again. I bet they couldn't care less because this was their intention from the very beginning.

The process for registering for an account is ridiculous. It gives you 30 seconds to confirm a code sent to your email address. I did not find this website easy to use at all.

Trying to buy a card to be made out to someone else but sent & paid for by me

Disgraceful, absolutely disgusting customer service!

There are very little ways and places to use a one4all gift card and if you have the unfortunate task of contacting thier customer service you will loose your mind!

In the past two weeks I have repeatedly gone over and over the same questions with many, many customer service agents and got no where. On several occasions they said that I would get a refund to my bank but then nothing happens and I just had to explaining the situation again and again with to hint of this actually happening.

When you think the next stage is happening, they even send forms to complete and you can't complete them as the forms ask for photos of a digital gift card, when I point this out the agents they get snotty and state that I have issues with their forms and demand that they can't do a refund if I refuse to complete them! And say to me that the form is only asking for ID, ID of what ? The gift card??

It took a lot of my personal time and effort over the past two weeks explaining this situation to many of their agents before I managed to get one of them to remove the attachments of this form which one one with a digital gift card could ever supply and then the form could actually go through.

I do hope I will actually receive the refund, but after all this it hardly seems worth it. At the end of their message was this link to leave this review stating "we strive to provide an excellent customer service" well after reading some of their other reviews on here I can see my experience is not alone and one4all should aim to read a few reviews to think about how they can improve.

Someone bought me this as a gift why I do not know maybe I’ve upset them because I’d only buy one these vouchers for my worst enemy, it’s stressful just trying to find a shop you like to shop in and spend the actual balance, it’s the dumbest thing you could ever buy someone, you can’t even exchange them for the voucher you actually want say like Amazon or apple, it’s all the crap shops where you’d never go so you end up buying something you don’t actually want, if someone gives me one these vouchers again I’ll probably never speak to that person again it’s the ultimate insult of a gift. I never ever right reviews but this is how much this cards p*ssed me off
