You can not print a voucher and insert in a birthday/special card. This his not ideal when it is someone who you do not want to ask them for their contact details before they get the gift.

As an older person who finds present shopping really difficult. Gift cards are the way forward. These are good because they give a choice to the recipient.

I never had any problem with one4all gift card, I get them for my birthday and Christmas they easy to use not like that life style now that a big problem l don't want to received them ever again

complete rubbish use this service if you want to spend days on settings shamefull service.

What is the point of offering an online voucher that keeps getting declined? £40 limit online not obvious on the website. Can't use as part payment towards something. Even when spend is less than £30 it gets declined. Rubbish!

Picked this as it covered shops and restaurants. Should've picked love to shop instead.

Awful, Avoid and Absolutely Useless!

I have nothing much else new to add but to second what everyone else has complained about - they are correct.

These cards are unusable in the majority of normal situations. They are called gift cards but are formatted like a debit card when sent electronically. This creates so many restrictions on how you can spend them, it makes them useless.

Any change you request is chargeable, so the values drops on the cards meaning you need to spend more money to use them.

It's very likely engineered to operate this way as a con to extort more money out you because why on else would a company make something that should be so simple, so difficult.

AVOID - but more importantly, tell ALL your friends and family to avoid, because not many people check Trustpilot before buying these things because why would you??

Customer service is as useful as a chocolate teapot too..

UPDATE: I have received a message from trustpilot telling me that one for all are asking for all of my details so they can verify I am customer, and if I don’t submit all of my personal details, my review may be deleted.

I think that speaks volumes that they are even using such cynical tactics to try to reduce the number of horrendous reviews they’re getting. This truly is a company to avoid completely.

worst card to give someone!!!! its so limited i want to buy something off amazon its the best and mostly the cheapest place to buy most things and you can not use the card on amazon, you can not buy another gift card using this gift card so basically stuck with only high price retailers its rubbish .... should buy everywish gift card instead way better

Previously had the misfortune of a One4all card.
Things to note:
1) After a period of time they will start charging monthly fees for the card, deducting it from the balance. They do not inform you of this and its in the small print.
2) Difficult to spend online. You need exactly the right amount or under the value to spend it as payment methods cannot be split.
3) There used to be a workaround for point 2 of purchasing an online e-voucher for the store you want to split the payment. They have now stopped allowing this.
4) A quick google says you can use their own platform to exchange for e-vouchers. This is not the case, you need a specific one4all exchange voucher in the first place. One4all doesn't make this transparent at all.

Its pretty clear from the above to me that they make it as difficult as possible to spend the cash so that they can collect it in fees. Awful awful gift card - avoid!

It was quite complicated to use. Took multiple attempts. When the confirmation arrived by email it did not state in any email who the electronic gift card was being sent to which was annoying. This is the main point that needs checking! I would not use again

Honestly wish I'd never bought it! It's so difficult to spend as you can't put extra money towards the purchase. It has to be the exact amount on the card or less. Which then means you usually spend less and there is extra money on the card you can't use!
I wanted something that was £25.99, but it wouldn't let me use the card as my card was for £20. So I'd have had to have a card with £30 and wasted the £4.01.
But let's face it, how often can you spend EXACTLY £20? There is always something left over, as most things end in 99p, then you wouldn't be able to buy anything with the 1p, imagine all the pennies people can't spend on their cards that then gets wasted and goes to the company instead! Absolute con merchants. Won't be using again.

Easy to follow instructions

Have been stuck with using these gift cards up throughout the last two years,( got landed with six of em'). Do your friends and family a favour and tell them to NEVER invest money in One4All gift cards for you or anyone else EVER!! They really are nothing short of a scam - often not accepted, as others point out difficult to use unless you know the exact balance...and there in lies the problem. You may think you know the balance, i actually wrote the balance on the card itself just incase i should forget following a previous purchase so theres no way i'd mistake what i knew to be still available on the card. No no no, All4One starts taking a 90p monthly fee from your card month after month until the balance has been completely stolen away in,( one must assume as its not clear) admin charges??? My last two cards should have registered as a little over £10 last used earlier this year.......the balance left today is a mere 43p remaining, all taken away....for what we will never know. A rippoff fair and square, a business model that should be outlawed. Now cutting the cards up. Tell everyone and anyone to avoid these cards, they are a con. The expiry dates on both cards are June 2027 and May 2028, so loads of time to use them you might think....wrong. Supposing the cards had been put in a draw and not used until needed on some pressing concern, by the expiry date on either card, the gift balance would have been wiped out completely with fees long before expiry was due. £100.....thats quite alot of money to flush down the toilet.

I’m honestly quite disappointed with how this situation has been handled. It has now been a week since I was asked for feedback, and I still haven’t received a clear solution regarding my digital gift card.

Since this is a digital gift card, I believe the transaction should only require the relevant email addresses. My friend lives in London, but he has a Costa Rican phone number, so the fact that the phone number doesn’t work should not prevent a digital gift card from being sent.

The money was already taken from my account, but the gift card was never sent or received. I purchased it with the intention of sending it as a gift, and I was actually planning to purchase another one for my friend’s birthday. However, after this experience, I don’t feel comfortable making another purchase until this issue is resolved.

I would really appreciate a proper explanation and a solution, especially since the payment has already been taken and this has been unresolved for over a week.

Getting declined and the people at a store acting like you don’t have money is not cool when the card says redeem at these six locations… Then have to spend an hour trying to figure out your website when we never needed to use the website in the first place, you just needed to give the person that bought it an activated card. This is a racket to try to get you not to use your own gift so that they can take the money back and pocket the cash they even have the nerve to say treat this “card” but rather piece of paper as it is cash and frankly, I find that to be a lie. It is not cash, it cannot be used for any legal debt in the United States and more over can’t even be used at most stores. You should be ashamed of yourself.

One4all is essentially a scam. Don’t get the gift cards, you can’t check your balance, you can’t spend the funds. They just want to make it so impossible to spend the money that you give up, at which point they can charge a small “fee” which eats it all up. Scam.
Edit: after writing this review I can’t access the One4all website to check my balance as my “access is temporarily restricted because of suspicious activity”. You couldn’t make up how bad this company is.

I was quite easy to navigate the process, just how I like it to be. 💯👍🏽

I have always hate gift cards as presents. I had a terrible experience with M&S. When I was on the payment section, there was no icon or instruction to use One4All gift cards. I went to the Q&A section of the website. It gave instructions of how to use it. I went back to the payment process. I put in all the details. It then said 'card declined'. I went to the One4All website and it said I have £30 left on the card. I now have to call M&S and see if it will help me spend it.

We received two cards as wedding grafts. £20 and £55. Retired to use them directly in Dunelm amd advised to load the money onto an app. I have tried this and time and time again, the app has refused to recognise my detail whether it is login or does not agree that there should be £75 on it. It is frustrating and a waste of time. We really need advice on how to get the money rather than vouchers that are never recognised.

I am writing another review for One4all because I have had another great experience, which puts another gift card provider to shame.
Very minor problem, when I last purchased a gift card, I should have received a code for £5 off a future purchase. I never received the code, so after a bit of checking, customer service admitted it was an error, and added £5 to a gift card I already have. They really went above and beyond.
Compared with a well known US provider who sent me a supermarket £15 e.gift card which doesn't work, they absolutely didn't want to know. I swapped 15 e.mails with their Ai customer service, unable to get a human reply. So they have my £15, and I have nothing.
