Very poor, would waste your time. Can’t use these gifts cards unless you buy something of the same value or less. Very poor that you are unable to purchase something online & have this gift cards unless balance deducted & pay the difference buy debit/credit card.

Poor. Stay clear, more hassle than they’re worth.

This transaction went through because of fraudulent activity. The transaction was not authorised by me. Money has been refunded by the bank as a gesture of goodwill as it seems that somehow it appeared genuine. Do not install an app called "anydesk" as it takes control of your devices.

The rerecipient has not received the gift card yet due to royal mail’s incompetencies

It was easy to place an order and the delivery was very quick.

I have so many issues trying to use this card. I can't add onto my Apple wallet because when I search for the One4ALL app it doesn't come up in App store. I can't change my region currently set to Australia as I am part of a family account (as recommended by AI search to fix above)- so essentially the gift voucher is completely useless, because when I go to the shop, they can't accept the digital gift card.

These cards are vile and impossible to use. PLEASE DON’T PURCHASE for anyone!! It’s the worst present ever. They make it so difficult and know people give up earning them millions for nothing each year.

Iv had a card for atleast 18 months worth £15 trying to spend it is a nightmare. The one place I want to use it claims to not accept it, I asked one4all and they claim its a fault, they dont seem to want to help. I wouldn't recommend this as a gift card.

Today I discovered that gift cards can be subject to management fees, something I had never encountered previously, until I interacted with a One4All card.

A version of which had be knocking around in a draw for some time after a relative had bought me one for Xmas. Given there was only "Valid From" date and no expiration, I wrongly assumed I could spend the gifted amount whenever I chose.

As some time had passed and I'd forgotten the amount gifted, I decided to check the balance on the One4All website, only to discover that the amount remaining was zero! This I subsequently discovered was because One4All had been charging me a 90p a month management fee, which at no time was highlighted in any of the packaging, and I'm fairly certain the relative that gifted the card was totally oblivious to.

The end result is that One4All have taken the entire gifted amount in monthly fees, leaving me certain I will never, ever use their service to buy a gift card for some one!

Pointless if can't be used for part payment! You pay for money you can't use!

Still not get the gift card. Ordered it on 16th september

I was given two cards for Christmas, nine months later I still haven’t managed to use them. They’ve been declined at the three stores I’ve tried using them in, all listed as retailers who accept them and can’t get them accepted online either. Complete waste of time and money

Was given as a gift have called sender and told them to get a refund
Spent far to long on this already.

Not enough time to send email complaint as times out.
Can't speak on the phone as need 16 digit card number. Haven't got.

Don't use this company if you got any intelligence.

A very easy to use online ordering process with personal message and gift card options. Based on the digital gift card I opted for as a present, the speed of service and the email delivery of the gift card to the recipient was excellent (10 minutes)
I will use this service again and recommend it to others.

If I could give a minus review I would. These are always trouble to use. No end of hassle. The worst gift card you could buy.

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. I spent £26 of my £100 gift card, but I lost the email link which would allow me to re issue the card and pin.

Asked countless times for them to help, made a complaint and got and got fobbed off saying they don't have access to the other part of their business so I had to use the link I got no where with.

I would never trust this company again. Surely there should be a back up in these circumstances as I can't be the first person who has lost their link.. I'm £74 out of pocket and absolutely furious.

~update - surprise surprise, emailing as One4all suggested leads to exactly the same outcome. Please use the link I have tried 3 times!

They have received £100 of my cash and only redeemed £26, why NO ONE in this business is prepared to help is beyond me and I stand by my review 100%

I would never ever EVER buy one of these gift cards.
I've now tried to use it 3 times in a store which takes it for it to not be working at the till. I was told that it may be damaged or faulty by the employee at the store and to ask for a replacement as i double checked my app and it had credit on it.
I have tried contacting customer service but i can only write one sentence in my message and they have still not responded. The app is useless, no option for help only generic F&Q's.
Also, and the more disgusting thing is if you don't use it after a set amount of time, 'management fees' start coming off the card.
FEES TO MANAGE WHAT?! THE FACT IT'S SAT IN MY PURSE?!?! RIDICULOUS.

My heart sinks when I get one of these. It's always touching, and quite lovely, to get a gift, but Dear Lord these things are hard to use. I'd rather not get anything as then I'd not have to waste time trying to get into an account I rarely use, finding out their instructions are not very intuitive. Want a tip? Give someone vouchers from a shop they love - not this. Nice idea. Terrible execution.

Please do not buy these. My children have been given multiple of these cards. If you don't use them, you get charged 90p amonth 'card management fee', so they have lost money they were gifted. Also, you can only spend less than the value, as they work like debit cards not vouchers, so there is always some residual money left stuck on the card. I rang to get cards merged, as my daughter has 6 of these with small amounts on, and was told I have to email them and they would do it for a fee of £5. Their website and information on their app are inadequate and nothing about these cards is user friendly.

You can not print a voucher and insert in a birthday/special card. This his not ideal when it is someone who you do not want to ask them for their contact details before they get the gift.
