The clunkiest card possible
The clunkiest card possible, I can only assume there is an incentive to design it this way to stop people spending it otherwise it is just disregard for customer satisfaction or laziness on the part of One4all.
I found it impossible to check a new card balance on their website using two different browsers, just kept looping back to entering card info or my login info.
So it forces you to install another app which I don't want.
One of the previous cards I was gifted was unusable because when trying to lightly scratch the panel to reveal cvv the backing also scratched of making it ineligible and I was not going to waste a lot of time contacting support.
Two stars for improved CVV resilience.

I have included the balance checker here for you and if you contact customer care they will replace the card with the CVV issues.
Alternatively, Text ‘My Balance’ followed by your 16-digit card number to 57887 to receive an SMS with your balance or call 033 0828 0881 for our automated balance enquiry service.

Paying fees on a gift card? What a joke.
I think it's appalling that they charge a fee on the balance. We received this as a gift as I'm sure many people do, and didn't want to spend it all straight away. When I checked again sometime later the remaining balance I found it all gone because of their "fees". What a joke honestly. It doesn't cost them anything to maintain the balance. If anything they should be paying me interest for not using it as they've already been paid!

Invasive id checks for crying out loud.....
Gone of the days of receiving a gift card for your birthday and walking into a shop and spending it.
With One4all you have to open an account and hand over all your contact details so they can bombard you with advertising, and submit to an id check with photos just to spend the money on your card. Incredibly unnecessary and invasive. I'd rather miss out on my gift than submit to this.

If I could give no stars I would. If you like someone do notbuy them this hellish gift card. They will never get the money. It charges you 90p a day if you do not use it. Until you have nothing left. If you want to use it you have to know what is on it, exactly. If you don't you can text to find out but you get charged for that as well. Give real money, its easier, noone gets ripped off and it does not expire. Then maybe we will be rid of these companies. I would never buy one, have been gifted them and I hate them.

Awful gift card, unable to use despite balance showing $100. Unable to contact them as no office in AUS. Stay away from this gift card as it is essentially a scam. Have been awaiting a response via email. Yet to hear from them

Difficult to use - legal scam
Difficult to use often and especially for partial balances. You need to know the balance. After 18 months they charge “management fees” and basically steal your money. It’s technically legal but a total scam. Give the person the cash instead these people are making millions out of people being unable to use their balances. It’s well known they’ve been highlighted on rip off Britain.

My daughter got a £20 card voucher for her Christmas a few years ago. She bought a book at £7.96 at Waterstones on 9.3.24. The One4All card has taken 90p a month fee (for what???!) so she went to use it today and they have taken all her Christmas gift money from her. We have only realised today! Shocking!!! Daylight robbery!! DO NOT BUY THESE TYPE OF CARDS AS GIFTS!!!

So Frustrating
I had the misfortune to have been gifted one of these cards. There's a substantial balance on it so something for nothing and I should be over the moon. However, try and spend the money and you enter a world of pain.
Tried at M&S and rejected on every attempt, store assistant tried, as did their supervisor and rejected on every attempt. Tried later online at several listed retailers , same again.
Extremely disappointed - and not the only one by the looks of the numerous bad reviews on here.

Very poor
Very poor, would waste your time. Can’t use these gifts cards unless you buy something of the same value or less. Very poor that you are unable to purchase something online & have this gift cards unless balance deducted & pay the difference buy debit/credit card.
Poor. Stay clear, more hassle than they’re worth.

When shopping online, the gift card must cover the total value of the order, including shipping, because most website checkout systems do not support split payments across multiple cards. However, you can use the card for part-payment in physical stores by asking the cashier to charge the exact balance of the gift card first and then paying the remaining difference with another payment method. We appreciate your valuable feedback and regret the inconvenience this has caused.
SCAM
This transaction went through because of fraudulent activity. The transaction was not authorised by me. Money has been refunded by the bank as a gesture of goodwill as it seems that somehow it appeared genuine. Do not install an app called "anydesk" as it takes control of your devices.

I have so many issues trying to use this card. I can't add onto my Apple wallet because when I search for the One4ALL app it doesn't come up in App store. I can't change my region currently set to Australia as I am part of a family account (as recommended by AI search to fix above)- so essentially the gift voucher is completely useless, because when I go to the shop, they can't accept the digital gift card.
