Great experience, bought the tickets at 1am online and picked up on the same day 8 am. The team on the phone was great and the ones in the store/agency were also amazing. We got 6 tickets for Disney (3 days) and it was the best price I could find online.

Ticket codes were emailed the next day, prices were about the same as Disney's BUT taxes were included so I saved $130 for my family of 5.

I ordered a large number of tickets for Universal Orlando Theme Parks from The Official Ticket Center. Customer service was excellent. The tickets were emailed to me quickly. We had a wonderful time at the parks. I would recommend The Official Ticket Center for purchasing tickets.

The fraud check that includes a control of the mail address is not ok. I have a mail address registered to my credit card, but this the fraud check does not check. It just checks if the address has my first and last name. Anyone can create a mail address that contains my first and last name. This resulted in that I had to change to my work mail address to get my e-ticket.

Everything went just as The Official Ticket Center committed. Easy to get someone on the phone and discuss the best ticket options for our family at both Universal and Disneyworld. First time customer but will all ways use you in the future. Thanks, Paul

Staff were reliable and helpful, be it over the phone or at the counter when I made purchases of tickets the day before my arrival at Orlando. The only grouse that I had was that I needed to get the entrance tickets from the ticket centre itself and not at the park... so that was an additional trip that I had to make just to collect the tickets, when I felt that actually online confirmation of the purchase would have sufficed. Tks

No issues, tickets arrived within 5 days

Was a good price.. only issue was that the tickets were not connected to the card we received so we couldn't book our fast passes prior to arriving at the park and also had to queue up at the customer relations counter for them to attach the ticket.. lucky there was only 4 people infront of us so only took 30 mins but when you're glong to all 4 Disney parks in 1 day.. every minute counts. Apart from that would book again.
