The tool does not even work. When bringing it up to customer service, they refuse to acknowledge it. Don't purchase from here.

Stop saying your service is free when it isn't ! Stop wasting people's time.

It's a scam, it took 20 points and it's not even mentioned somewhere. plus all are busy; don't even try it, i saw a video on instagram showing that it's so easy to use and they took my money because we can't try it for free.

I initially tried this because it was one of the only places I found that can do a bulk image upload and do bulk actions on all of them. Well, it didn't work for me for this at all... I could not tell the difference on some images and on others it made the font less readable. I tried contacting customer service through the chat and the first response was insMind will be back later today. which was not true. I messaged multiple times over the next 7 hours. Finally did get a response the next day and they requested to see what I was talking about and at that point my screen had refreshed and I had not downloaded any images bc I was seeking support. So I told them I didn't even have access, could not find it anywhere. They responded and said they would look at my account logs or something and then I've never heard back from them, never recieved any images and my credits were never refunded. I had to use a completely different AI tool to do what I needed and I am still so disappointed in my experience with insMInd and the customer service.

Very bad. Though I have paid for 100 credits, I cannot do anything. Nobody wants to solve the problem.

Il problema è che però i denti mi sono comparsi bruttissimi, irrealistici, quasi storti. Sembravano quelli finti di carnevale o Halloween. Fortunatamente non ho acquistato alcun credito perchè da altre recensioni pare che in caso di problemi i crediti non vengano nemmeno rimborsati

The program is a piece of manure. It doesn't work. Everytime you attempt to create an image, resize an image, or turn a still image into a video, a message appearsafter 2-3 minutes qne says the system is busy. Try again later. Meanwhile, you try again later, and the process is the same. It drains your credits, which you have to pay for, naturally.

There is no phone number to reach anyone. I received an email response to my problem, but 48 hours later, nothing has changed. The website has a microscopic help button at the bottom, and opening it reveals a chat box. You can enter a question or request in the chat box, but no one monitors this.

My recommendation is to run away from this site. I'm contacting my credit card company to issue a fraud alert and secure my refund that way.

I had a very disappointing experience with their customer service. I purchased 200 credits and attempted to create a video, but the process failed and I never received the output. Despite this, 20 credits were still deducted from my account. I reached out to request a refund for the unused service, but unfortunately, their customer support never responded. It’s extremely frustrating to be ignored, especially after paying for a service that didn’t work. Not recommended!

I entered several pictures to have them changed to the baby version. It was terrible! The baby version was not even remotely close to the original picture! Most of the time the baby version was a different race, or some were even a whole different sex! What a waste of money. I recommend you don't waste your time or money. They said you would be able to try it free, that was a lie also. Terrible

They said they would give one free HD download when signing up and that was a lie. Too bad

Their sketch product provided sketches that did not reflect the photo uploaded. They were nowhere near. I purchased extra credits which I did not use (there was no point). I contacted their helpdesk by email but have not had any response to my query - I sent them the original photo and the images produced. There was clearly a major fault. Money wasted. DO NOT USE.

“Effortlessly Edit Text in Images Online” tool only allows you to remove parts of the image, not editing text.

Their Image extender is TRASH when it came to generating face and I am horrified everytime by it's sheer inaccuracy....

insMind has really changed my life as a freelancer in many ways. From removing backgrounds and creating custom ones to enhancing low-quality images to HD ones, there's always a tool that helps me upscale the graphical side of things.

I also really like the UI and no BS usability. Unlike many other tools, insMind is just straightforward. Would definitely recommend to business owners and individuals with work in graphics

I am running an E commerce store and their product is just ‘’Awesome’’. They generate pictures with ai and not only this but we can edit them as per our needs. In short, I am enjoying it. Highly recommended
