According to the USPS tracking info, I was supposed to receive these tickets on Nov 12 - however they went "missing" (I had signed up to be notified of it's daily status/location -however I only received a "its on it's way and will be delivered to it's destination" daily response). As this was a unusual USPS response, I suspected my tickets were hijacked and contacted the ticket center. They advised me to be patient till the 19th. They showed up today, Nov 16, unannounced.

I had not realized the ticket would be sent certified and that extra safety was excellent.

Ojo !! Compre taquillas para parques. Segun ellos la informacion de la tarjeta no coincidiay no me podian enviar los pases. Me solicitaron foto de ID y tarjeta de credito por ambas partes. Le menciono que no me sentia seguro en enviarle mi tarjeta por ambas partes ya que eso se presta a que me hagan una copia de la misma y cometan fraude. La persona se molesto y me dijo que “estaria cancelando la orden”. Aun asi, le informo que mejor los buscaba en su local (por querer protejer mi informacion) y como quiera quizo cancelar la orden. Muy mal.

Atencion ! Cuida tu informacion y tu dinero !... Total, compre por otra pagina con precio similar y no tuve ningun problema y recibi todo en menos de 15 minutos.

I am trying to buy 2 day passes and your website was more expensive than what I could have paid at the gate. Also, the deals are really a deal until you get into 6 to 7 days at Disney.

Rebbeca was truly a god save. She uncovered that my email address was also someone else's. She immediately contacted me. Instead of just emailing my $1800.00+ worth of tickets and exposing them from getting into someone else's hands she came up with an alternate and much safer way to get my tickets to me. (USPS) with a signature required to my home. Your awesome Becca.

Great place for europeans to get tickets! More user friendly than a lot of other ticket sites an even better than official Disney site!
