I've been using Human Generator for my website for a couple of months now and it's really cool. When I had an issue with credits, their support team was fast and helpful.

3-day Trail Period
I want to share my disappointment with the use of the Generated.Photos service. I noticed a three-day trial period that promised free usage. Taking advantage of the offer, I linked my card to the account.
However, after the trial period, funds were deducted from my account for a subscription amounting to $200, even though I had no intention of renewing it. At the time of the deduction, I forgot to cancel the subscription but immediately reached out to customer support to resolve the issue.
To my disappointment, the support team refers to the user agreement and refuses to refund the money. It seems that there is a lack of transparency and honesty in the customer relations of this service.
I expected more from Generated.Photos and believe that such a customer relations policy is unacceptable. I hope my review will be read by potential users so that they can take this negative experience into consideration before using the service.
