This was a waste of time as we still had to queue up once at Disney World to collect our tickets, which took approx 90 minutes. Although it stated this when we booked, it implied you picked them up from a Ticket Center vendor so it would be quick & easy.

Excellent customer service experience. Lisa was really nice with me answering all my questions and concerns. Definitely I will book with them again on my future vacations.

I was nervous about using this company at first. But they did everything they said you would and could do. And it was very easy to contact them through email and by phone. I would definitely use this company again.

We have purchased our tickets here for the last 10 years and never had an issue.

I bought a non refundable eticket, because everywhere on their website they indicate it will be emailed within a day or two. After I purchased the ticket, I was informed that I would have to either pick up the ticket (I live in a different state) or have it snail mailed to me. This was not indicated anywhere on the website before I purchased the ticket. If I had known this, i would have simply bought it directly from Disney at the higher price. Now I have to wait up to a week and a half for a ticket that I should have recieved almost immediately. Will not be purchasing from here again.

The website was good and the staff communicated with me to make sure my arrival date, start dates for tickets and billing were just right. Thanks!

This was our first time using The Official Ticket Center - Rebecca was outstanding!!! We have a large party planning on the trip so there were several ticket orders. Even though we had made a few mistakes on the reservations she took the time to call us and make sure it was right. We had our ticket links within a few hours. We would highly recommend them. Tickets were cheaper than on both AAA and the Disney website

This company is a rip off. It is actually ran in India and the triple charge you for the tickets. Consumers beware.

Was at magic kingdom this past weekend the ticket person said he activated my tickets cause we bout them online when we get to the park with our whole birthday party me and my boyfriend was denied access to the park cause they was not active. The lady at the entrance to get in was very rude to us told us to get off the line go back to guest service...with another 45 minutes in line our party already went in the park we got lost hr and a half later we finally met up with our party...the worst experience ever. On top of it all some of ur rides was not working terrible just reallly terrible.
