I read every possible review and saw many people rave about the service so I figured I’d give it a shot. I ordered Disney E tix on a Saturday night at 8pm to be used the following morning. By 8am I had no tickets and got nervous that maybe because they were closed on Sunday I wouldn’t receive them. I emailed and facebook messaged the company and got prompt responses within the hour! Rebecca was excellent and informed me that the Disney ticketing service was down and she could refund me no problem. She apologized profusely and made sure my worries were taken care of. Then about 5 minutes later, emailed me again and said the issue was resolved and she’d put through the order if I still wanted it. I received the email with my e tix in 20 minutes and had zero troubles connecting to my magic band. Efficient and kind and cheaper! I will use OTC over and over again for my upcoming needs! Definitely worth it even if you save only a few bucks here and there. Thanks OTC!

Worst on line service ever
Coming from Canada and living 5 months a year in Florida, I tried using my Canada based US$ Visa credit card to buy On line 4 tickets to SeaWorld from « Official Ticket Center ». Because their security system (Official Ticket Center) didn’t match the IP address normally associated with the credit card, they blocked the transaction, which triggered an alarm to Visa who in turn cancelled my card.
At « The official Ticket Center » you should know that tourist from abroad will use their credit card in the USA and obviously will have a different IP address when purchasing a ticket on line.
Revisit your security procedures or send a clear message on your Web site Mentioning that we can not use foreign based credit cards to by tickets from you.
I Will make Sure I never use your site again and advise my friends and others not to use your services.
