Great response to unfortunate situation!
Unfortunately due to the circumstances we are all under at the present time, we were unable to use the Disney and Universal tickets we purchased from The Official Ticket Center (TOTC). I place a call yesterday, to ask about a refund. I got straight through and the TOTC sales person promptly advised that my request would go to the appropriate team for processing. I received a mail today to confirm that refund is underway. This is a great relief. Thanks Team for the understanding and excellent client service. I hope to have an opportunity to work with you again in the future.

Full refund received!
I purchased UO tickets but had to cancel my Orlando trip bc of this pandemic. Although the wait was long, they made sure I got my refund. OTC sent my full refund back to my credit card. Thank you so much for adjusting your refund policy during this uncertain time. I’ll be back to purchase once this situation calms.

All I want is the refund.
I Certainly understand the seriousness of this virus. I ordered my ticket being a Florida resident and expected to get my ticket. No I have to go to some ticket center. I am a senior who was going to join my family who was flying in for the Disney cruise and I was going to join them for a day at the park. Well the cruise got canceled and the did not fly in to go to the park. With everything snowballing I cannot get thru the line to cancel my ticket. I held for three hours and then a message came on they were closed for the day. I do hope you will refund my ticket. I know you are doing the best you can under these difficult circumstances.

Disney World
Purchased Disney World tickets for 5 days, 5 people. Received confirmation code immediately and tickets a little over 24hrs later. Linked to my disney experience with no issues, so I suspect they will be fine once we arrive!

Satisified
Fair price compared to other online vendors. I would like to see something for military veterans....there are tickets for current military, etc. but not veterans, at least nothing that I have found. Only other thing I would like to see from this site is an instant email ticket delivery like a couple of other online sites do.

All went well - if you do not need tickets within 12 BUSINESS hours
All went well. a bit skeptical with the 12 business hour delivery since i ordered on a Friday night and received tickets on Monday by 10am. So if you are planning on buying tickets and try to use them before 12 BUSINESS hours you might want to look elsewhere. If that is a good timeline for you then this appears to be the best price and service.
