Fantastic! Tickets arrived next day via email and were easy to link to my disney online account. Saved about $400.

I believe the Disney World tickets we purchased are correct, and the process was fairly smooth. The reasons for dropping to three stars: The start date that we selected our tickets to add to the cart was in the format of month/day/year. The checkout form asked for a "travel date" not for the date the tickets were supposed to start, which is confusing. Next, when we received the order confirmation email, the date was in the format day/month/year, which scared me because the tickets are non-refundable and only for a specific set of days. After checking further, it seems that the tickets are for the correct start date. Also, it took a day for the confirmation to go through—this seemed like a long time; with other vendors we have received a response the same day, and quickly at that. Those were the issues that reduced my confidence in ordering the tickets. Other than that, the prices were correctly charged, etc.

This site was very easy to use. However, they emailed me the wrong tickets. I contacted their customer service and I could not have be more pleased with the service. Once I advised them of what was wrong they immediately voided my old tickets and issued new ones. They told me that I would have them with in 12 hours and I received them ten minutes later. I highly recommend this site.

I have booked 2 tickets to the Kennedy Space Center with them, and I received the certification of payment immediately, so I was waiting for the second email containing the tickets. Since it was almost a last minute buy, I hoped that we will receive the tickets while we get to the KSC. Nothing happened... When we arrived, I tried to call them, but no one answered. Finally, with the help of a very kind employee of the KSC (thank you lady with the many glasses :)) it turned out that the ticket center company can't send the tickets online for some reason, but they simply forgot to mention it even after I marked that my planned visit is for the next day of the purchase. After 1 hour of fighting they sent an email that my paid amount will be refunded within a few days. I hope it will happen. Don't think I will ever use them again...

It's unfortunate that my credit card was being rejected, not at my end, but from the sensitive computer system at the Official Ticket Center. Fortunately, the person helping me through this was relentless in trying to find an answer for me. Two days of conversations. Although we couldn't figure out the problem with my card, her customer service efforts were excellent. I felt she did everything possible to help me through this. Thank you Rebecca...5 stars for you!!!!

The Official Ticket Center is the real deal. They offer the best discounts out of all of the options available. They also respond to phone calls and emails promptly. You speak with a live person on the phone not an automated voice. The live chat works well too.

Great price. Website did not work well on a tablet and had to complete the order on a computer to be able to find the shopping cart. The email confirmation with the tickets details and how to link the tickets to my Disney account was specific and well written. I appreciated the guidance in the email because my biggest concern was linking the tickets to my Disney account.

Quick service

The nicest man was on the phone with me but your company is slow at best. No one knows how to help as every problem is for a different department and each time I have called I have been told they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. I would never recommend your company.

Amanda did try to answer my questions via online chat, but I did not realize that this site is not "really" Disney, so she didn't have any information that I had not already gotten in Google.
