I don’t feel like the men’s jewelry is very “manly;” the compass necklace I got for my husband has a very dainty chain and charm. I would not have expected his chain to match the chain of my necklace but it does.
My necklace on the other hand is exactly what I expected it to be; that is had I not made a mistake on my order. I ordered the initial lock necklace. Unfortunately, I missed the note stating that symbols are not automatically included. So instead of having a lock with T❤️A; I accidentally ordered a lock that just has TA on it. Pretty devastated by my error.

I had an issue with some discoloration and the Customer Service department responded to my email immediately, and well after hours, and expedited a replacement necklace for me! Best Father’s Day Gift

Chain broke 3 times
Ordered a chain with pendant for my wife for Mother's Day. Chain broke after a couple months. Not realizing their supposed warranty, I eventually took it to be repaired and spent $45 to get clasp fixed. Not 2 days after getting necklace back, the ring the clasp connects to broke off! And after spending another $20 on that repair, the middle of the chain broke a week later. And when I tried to make a warranty claim less than 2 years after delivery, they denied it and instead offered a 20% coupon code.

I completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially since this was a meaningful Mother’s Day gift for your wife.
I would like to gently share that all our items are covered under a 2-year warranty from the estimated delivery date, and we’re always happy to help with eligible issues within that period. To make sure the warranty stays valid and that the jewelry is repaired or replaced properly, any warranty-related repair or replacement does need to be handled directly through us rather than through a local jeweler, as outside repairs may affect the warranty coverage.
Warranty claims are also reviewed based on the date the customer reaches out to us, so I do want to make sure we look into this carefully and give you the clearest possible assistance. I’ve reached out to you by email so we can review everything more thoroughly and personally guide you through the best available solution.
