I ordered three necklaces for my best friend so we would always have one. I waited till they went on sale to get a discount on them. I only got the discount on the first necklace so I wrote to Oak & Luna and they gave me a discount on the other two as well. Best customer service ever! My friends love their new necklaces and I love mine.

Tarnished within a week
My boyfriend ordered me the lock initial paperclip necklace for my birthday this year. When I got it, it was perfect! I loved it so much. I wore it For a week, removing it before I showered and avoiding having it be in water...week 2 and it is SO TARNISHED AND BLACK. I know my boyfriend spent over $115 on this only to have it look like cheap jewelry after a week or two. I am so upset and he is unhappy for me. I doubt I will order again and would not recommend to friends.

I started buying from Oak & Luna when I had my first son and have worn the pieces I got for him everyday. I now am adding to my collection as my family is growing and it’s a tradition I really love and hope to keep growing as the years and memories continue. Absolutely ridiculous, ordered a gift for a friends wedding on express , now a problem with the order and they can't say when it will come , they are flying to vegas and it won't be there , first and last time I will order.
UPDATE - nearly a week after you have ment to have delivered it you are telling me I can have a store credit not a refund & the production is on hold !!! absolutely ridiculous, a disgrace of a company.
