I had to change the initials on my bracelet and I had a response to my request almost immediately. I was so scared it would not actually get done correctly because of bad experiences with other companies but it came in perfect and I am so excited to give it to my daughter for college graduation.

Horrible customer service!!!
My item has not been delivered. Due date 4/23, 7 days past. Was a gift and won’t arrive on time. Have requested a refund 3x and are dancing around, offering free gifts and discounts (as if I’d shop there after this experience). BBB is next stop

My order, a push present necklace for my wife, got lost in transport. When I reached out to customer service, they did everything they could to get the gift to me asap. They sent me a free gift as well as shipped a new necklace out to me in order to make it right! The necklace is perfect and my wife is over the moon in love with it!

We ordered one necklace and was promised a $50.00 discount within 24 hours. We immediately placed another order and the redeemable code was not accepted. I literally copied it off of the screen. Then, we tried one more time with our 3rd order to get $50.00 off. This time we tried several different combinations after the initial copied code was listed. Again, not accepted. Stated invalid or time ran out. Our 3 orders were done consecutively and each time, we were charged full price. I am praying the actual necklaces are as beautiful as in photo.

It was a great experience all throughout the process. I emailed customer service because I forgot to add my suite number and they quickly responded to let me know they had updated it.
