So disappointed . Cheap overpriced garbage
I designed and ordered a special necklace for my grand daughter's 16th birthday . It cost $200 . It arrived and looked ok The first time my grand daughter wore it, it broke. One of the rings that hold on the charms was not soldered and it came apart . I had it repaired at a local jeweler as we wanted her to be able to wear it. I let Oak and Luna know and at their request sent pictures of the repaired area and the other charms and areas where they were on the necklace. The photos were large and close up. Their response was to ask me to send them close ups. Are you kidding me? The photos were taken at the jewelers where it was repaired . This company is awful Please do not buy from them. It feels like they will be giving constant excuses to why they do not offer at least a partial reimbursement when their products are cheap and fall apart on the first wear I learned a lesson .
