What an excellent company
Excellent customer service! I accidentally ordered twice due to a computer issue. I reached out immediately to ask for one of the orders to be canceled. They honored my request and sent me a full refund. I received the package earlier than expected. I think my daughter is gonna love her necklace. It's for her 21st birthday and I ordered the gift package as well. Due to the excellent customer service and beautiful product, I went ahead and ordered myself something as well. A pendant broke and fell within a month…
A pendant broke and fell within a month of having my necklace my husband gave me as a present. My husband paid over $700 for it. After reaching out asking for a replacement since it was (supposedly) still in warranty, the only solution they had for me is to just buy another one for AN ADDITIONAL $100. Why would I spend another $100 for a replacement charm when the original wasn’t secured well enough in the first place. Needless to say I’m furious. Clearly the items are not secured or are made from cheap material. Customer service is bad. The warranty doesn't cover not cover anything btw. It’s just to attract people.
Don’t recommend if you want to have long lasting jewelry.

I have to say it’s frustrating to read the review response because it feels very different from the experience I’ve actually had. Over the past several days, I’ve been communicating with multiple members of your customer service team by email, and every response has essentially been a variation of “sorry, but…” with no real effort to offer an alternative or solution.
Now, after leaving a public review, I’m suddenly being told that my satisfaction is the top priority and that you want to make things right. It’s hard not to feel like the willingness to help only appeared once the issue became public.
My husband went with this company strictly because there was a warranty included in case something were to happened. Unfortunately, it did and instead of trying to find a reasonable resolution for a defective product, I was simply told there was nothing that could be done.

Bracelet break replacement
My wife purchased a bracelet from Oak and Luna for Father’s Day with our family names on it. I wore it everyday but took care of it at the same time. After a year of wear the string tore on it leaving it unwearable. I reached out to Oak and Luna sharing my situation and asked about a replacement given their 2 year warranty. They replied immediately and said a new bracelet was on the way. Perfect! This is the 2nd time we have needed oak and Luna to help with jewelry and both times 5 stars!
