Not worth the money.
Nothing is wrong, it is just the smallest lettering, seems incredibly fragile and for almost $400 I really thought you would be able to read the words and might see that it was 14k. I’m embarrassed to give it as a birthday present. My daughter in law wanted a necklace she could wear in the shower and wouldn’t tarnish. So I guess there is that.

Refreshingly Exactly as advertised
The jewlery was exquisite and beautifully packaged. I would highly recommend this company. There were no surprises i felt like I got more then what I paid for. If you are on the fence just do it you'll be glad you did I love my new necklaces!!

Purchased a small solid gold pendant…
Purchased a small solid gold pendant with my wife's initial (A) on it She has many fine gold chains she can use so did not order the chain. The bail on the pendant was so tiny tat none of her chains would fit through it. Their support said it was specifically made for their chain and I could buy one or get a credit or exchange. It would have been nice to know at time of purchase that the chain was reqiuired!
My wife is taking it to our local jeweller to have bale cut off and a larger one installed. NOT great customer service!
Update: received an e-mail telling me if I put a larger bale on the pendant they will void my warranty!

I purchased a necklace from Oak & Luna while I was in Canada, and it ended up becoming one of my girlfriend’s all-time favorite necklaces. Unfortunately, the clasp eventually broke, so I reached out to their customer service. They were absolutely amazing to work with and ended up sending me an entirely new necklace as a replacement.
Between the quality of the necklace and how easy their customer service made the entire process, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. My girlfriend absolutely loves the necklace, and the way Oak & Luna handled the issue definitely earned my trust as a customer. I would absolutely purchase from them again and highly recommend them!
