Oak & Luna Arvostelua 

I am writing this review because I feel I have been sold an inferior product at an inflated price. I bought the Singapore Chain Name Necklace in Silver for my wife to celebrate the birth of our first daughter. Two months later, the plating is coming off every component of the necklace; the chain, name pendant, gemstone casing, and clasp are all noticeably worn to the point that my wife doesn't want to wear it any more. The necklace was worn during daytimes only, and never got water, sweat, sun cream, or anything else on it.
Oak & Luna offered an exchange under warranty but refused a refund.
Do yourself a favour and get something made of sterling silver from a local craft person for a fraction of the cost.

I love this company! I have ordered 3 pillar necklaces over the last 2 years. The quality is great, and the fact you can engrave names on the pillar is the best.

Oaks and Luna gave me great costumer service before buying a necklace for my girlfriend I wasn’t sure but I took the chance and we loved it my girlfriend accidentally vacuumed it and I got in contact with costumer care they replaced it at zero cost and it was shipped and received very fast definitely recommend and would be coming back

My honest opinion was made by experience so great is the fact that my fiancé’s necklace had endured some unfortunate issues and when I went to file a claim for it, the service people were very quick and responsive with very accurate updates, which made this whole thing an awesome experience. The quality of this necklace was top-tier and I loved it so much. I had to get one made for my mom which she really enjoyed as well. Had purchased one of the diamond locks on the paperclips chain. Did not care for the way the chain laid on my neck. O & L made it right & refunded the purchase price & I got the name w diamond on the chain & I love it. Excellent customer service & shipping!

I absolutely love these small triple-hoop earrings! I only have one piercing in each ear, but they create the illusion that I have three, which I think is such a clever design. The color is beautiful, looks radiant, and complements my skin tone really well. I do wish they were just a little bigger, but overall I'm very happy with them and would definitely recommend them.
