A good friend of mine got me the engraved herringbone bracelet, years ago for my birthday. The engraving said, THE LUCKIEST. I wore it every single day without ever taking it off. It wore down over years of sleeping, and showers, I keep it safe in my jewelry box now as I'm afraid if I keep wearing it, it will finally break. Oak & Luna makes very special jewelry.

Lovely product, excellent service

I have been a fan of Oak and Luna for a few years now! I love all of my pieces. My favorite necklace was recently damaged, and I reached out to Customer Support (not expecting anything, just asking if it could be repaired). They immediately took care of me while making the process so easy. Not only are their products great, they really care about the experience. Also, as a silver girly who never takes her jewelry off (yikes? lol), I’ve never had an issue with quality or tarnishing.

Honestly I have mixed reviews on this website. My husband got me a necklace for Mother’s Day with my three kiddos initials. He ordered me the chain size 14 & to our surprise when we got it, it was so small it fit my 6 year old instead of me. I am 5’1 125 pounds…. I am not an overly size girl and it did not fit me at all. When my husband tried to contact someone it took days for someone to respond to him via email. Once they did they charged him an additional fee to get it resized and had to pay to ship it back after spending over $400 on a necklace that did not fit me. He also paid the warranty since we had a bad experience the first time, not to mention it took an additional 2-3 weeks to get the item back. He ended up ordering a size 18 which I thought would probably be too big but when we got it , it fit me like the 14 size chain would, which is essentially what we wanted. The quality is not the best & it seems like it can break at any minute but at this point we kept the necklace and did not bother doing anything else. Customer Service could be better & for the amount that they charge due to the quality, they should be a little more accommodating.

Broke one of my necklaces, ( still in warranty ) sent pictures to O&L and next thing I get a email saying they will replace it. The customer service is excellent. I have bought over 20 pieces and only two have broken. The quality is excellent. The packaging is so adorable. I love this company and their design ideas. Thank you so much for the great customer service. Oh and also their discounts and sales are amazing too !!!

The order arrived earlier than stated and it was exactly what I ordered. I will order more items and will recommend this to family and friends.

Hello, I purchased a chain from you, and I was told that the delivery date would be August 17, 2026. I have tried contacting you several times, but unfortunately, I have been unable to reach anyone. I would like to know the status of my order and when I can expect it to be delivered. I would appreciate your prompt response. Thank you.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a high-value item over two weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. Incredibly, it appears the item was sent without any tracking, leaving me with no way of knowing where it is.

For the past six days I have been stuck in a cycle of emails with no meaningful update or resolution. I am continually being told to wait, that the parcel may arrive, or that they are speaking to the courier. None of this helps when there is no accountability and no clear answer as to where my order is.

The whole experience has been stressful, frustrating and completely unacceptable. Customer service has been poor, communication has been inadequate, and the lack of urgency in dealing with a missing high-value item is concerning. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to buy anything from this company.

The necklace is beautiful. The engraving perfectly done (high quality). I loved it so much! Shipping was okay, I expected to have my necklace in at least 2 weeks, but it came in three instead, not much of a difference, so I was ok. Overall, I am very pleased!

Amazing quality, beautiful piece. Only thing I was disappointed in was the time in between getting my sneak peak of my necklace that it was finished and the time it was shipped out. Other than that small detail I would 10/10 recommend to anybody!

Necklace was way smaller than looked in picture and bad customer service. Charged extra for it to be re done bad website explanation also. And no preview of what it will look like and took a long time to arrive. Don’t buy here

My necklace is more beautiful than expected! My first necklace was something very similar that I purchased off of Etsy after my 2nd born child. Unfortunately that necklace broke and i never replaced till 3 years later. Happy I came across this site because this one is even more beautiful than my first one. I will cherish this necklace forever with both my children’s initials on it!

Have been buying from O&L and love each piece I get they last you can wear all day I wear mine in the shower and they look great still after many times

I am writing this review because I feel I have been sold an inferior product at an inflated price. I bought the Singapore Chain Name Necklace in Silver for my wife to celebrate the birth of our first daughter. Two months later, the plating is coming off every component of the necklace; the chain, name pendant, gemstone casing, and clasp are all noticeably worn to the point that my wife doesn't want to wear it any more. The necklace was worn during daytimes only, and never got water, sweat, sun cream, or anything else on it.
Oak & Luna offered an exchange under warranty but refused a refund.
Do yourself a favour and get something made of sterling silver from a local craft person for a fraction of the cost.
