L'app del termostato è poco intuitiva e non semplicissima da utilizzare, neanche dopo un po' che la si usa, devi andare a cercare le cose per tentativi. Peccato

Sehr qualifizierte Rückmeldung zu unserem Problem. Vier Sterne statt 5 gibt es wegen der langen Bearbeitungsdauer, für die man sich zwar jedesmal extra entschuldigt, aber das ist dennoch als Nachteil zu bewerten.

Deux thermostats posés ds 2 maisons différentes. L'un a un écran tt noir au bout de 4 ans l'autre use les piles en moins de 3 semaines!
Je ne vois pas l'économie !
Je vais les changer mais pour une autre marque, peut être pas made in China!

J'ai investi dans 3 caméras extérieures, j'en ai fait acheter à la famille et des amis. Maintenant on me dit que Netatmo n'assure plus le SAV parce qu'elles ne sont plus vendues. Déplorable , je suis scandalisé du mépris par rapport aux clients.

Die Konfiguration von Netatmo ist total billig und funktioniert wenn überhaupt erst nach Stunden mit viel Ärger. Die Module steigen nach ein paar Jahren Step by Step aus und die Preise für neue Module sind absolut zu hoch. Ich habe meine Wetterstation jetzt dem Müll übergeben da ich meine Nerven zukünftig schonen will

Invece di propormi il cambio della chiusura della valvola se mi avessero detto che comunque mi dovevo rivolgere al rivenditore perche non avreste fatto assistenza solo perche avevo comprato il prodotto da Amazon facendomi aspettare molti giorni per fare la prova suggerita e arrivando poi quasi alla fine della garanzia e che quindi sarei rimasto col cerino in mano se superavo la data di scadenza, avrebbe potuto suggerirmi da subito di rivolgermi al rivenditore e non propormi un ulteriore acquisto e rischiare di perdere la garanzia.

Ho diversi prodotti Netatmo. Sono soddisfatto e anche l'assistenza tecnica, pur con i suoi tempi, è ottima. Potrebbe migliorare solo nella comunicazione, che dovrebbe essere meno rigida e più attenta alle aspettative dei clienti. Confermo il fatto che i display tendono a rovinarsi nel giro di poco tempo (anche meno di 1 anno). Anche il problema delle batterie, lo confermo, ma ho capito che è una cosa che succede raramente e comunque, i dispositivi difettosi vengono "prontamente" sostituiti.

Matériel d'une nullité absolue, malgré un échange.
Déconnections sans raison, pas de détection de mouvements, alarme d'un volume sonore ridicule.

We have a large house and bought 2 Netatmo thermostats to cover 2 underfloor heating circuits, and 2 more to cover 2 radiator circuits. For the latter we also purchased 16 Netatmo radiator valves. So a considerable investment - which we now bitterly regret.

The thermostats seem to be broadly OK. But the radiator valves are an absolute disaster area. Of those 16, we have so far sent back 3 for repair, and have another 7 here which are in some way broken.

The most common fault is the e-paper display which just gives up after a year or so and becomes illegible. We've had 8 like that.

We've also had two where the plastic tabs holding the valve onto the radiator just broke.

To be fair, Netatmo have so far agreed to repair/replace 4 of them (even though out of guarantee), and I am waiting to hear about the other 6. But that doesn't make the product any good - these faults should have been ironed out at the design stage.

So if anyone out there is considering purchasing these valves - don't.

I also bought a Netatmo weather station. The outdoor module failed after about 18 months and I was told it could not be replaced because the problem was caused by ... damp. Yeah, that's kind of normal for outdoors, isn't it?

So my overall impression of the company is that the manufacturing level is shoddy and not designed to withstand real world conditions.

Fate pure pagare gli adattatori caleffi? Assurdo. Spedizione e consegna andavano bene, pure Temu è in grado di fare le spedizioni e le consegne bene.
Sistema che funziona male, diventi batterie-dipendente e devi pure usare quelle usa e getta, perche le ricaricabili ti fanno risparmiare troppo. Connessione radio spesso si stacca a caso, poi si riattacca. Penso che mi fan consumare forse di piu. Bella l'idea, ma probabilmente arriverà qualche competitor che le farà sicuramente meglio. Mi spiace solo aver buttato 300 euro.

L’azienda fa ottimi prodotti ottimo il servizio clienti e spedizione veloce ho da 3 anni il rilevatore di monossido e funziona sempre bene ora ho installato il termostato appena uscito e funziona bene installato in maniera semplice

Commande livrée rapidement et conforme.
Fonctionne très bien, mais doit être entièrement remplacé quand la batterie est épuisée ! Une batterie renouvelable serait plus économique.

J'aimerais pouvoir réguler en avance. C'est a dire, dire dans (X) heures je voudrais que la température baisse dans tel ou tel pièce. Et pas devoir changer ou créer un programme a chaque fois

Très bien, changement du matériel dû à une batterie défectueuse.
On le pose et on l'oublie. Lui, il fait le boulot et il nous informe sur l'appli. Top

Ich hatte mir eine neue Netatmo Aussenkamera mit Sirene zugelegt. Nach der Installation hatte ich sie irrtümlich gelöscht. Seitdem ist meine App blockiert und ich bat den Kundendienst mir hierbei zu helfen. Ich erhielt ein Ticket und seitdem NICHTS. Seit zwei Wochen! Ich habe noch nie so einen schlechten Kundendienst gesehen und werde die Produkte künftig meiden.
