Good cummunication, good experience
The communication in terms of status updates following the order was well done, as there was a little delay. Shipment went well and was delivered after a few days. The quality of the jersey overall is actually pretty nice. However, the letters and numbers feel very 'cheap', though I have to admit it was a swingman jersey.

Anfangs schwierig, dann grossartig
Zunächst schwierig, dann grossartig. Als ich zunächst das falsche Produkt bekommen hatte, versuchte ich auf verschiedenen Kanälen zu reklamieren. Das gelang aber nicht, woraufhin ich frustriert resignierte. - Meine entsprechende Rückmeldung über Trustpilot löste aber dann doch eine Reaktion des NBA-Stores aus, die ich als ausgesprochen kundenfreundlich und kulant erlebt habe. Das Problem wurde schlussendlich in erfreulicher Weise gelöst.

Me esperaba mejor calidad de tejido, dado el precio y marca, pero se asemeja más a tejido típico de sudaderas tipo de fruit of the loom. La talla algo pequeña. Cogi para que le quedara de sobra y lo tiene justillo pero entre los 13€ de gastos de envío y que tienes que pagar tu el coste del envío de devolución, y volver a pedir y pagar otros 13€, pues desistí. No me hubiera importado pagar de haber recibido una prenda a la altura del precio. No creo que repita,a menos que quiten el coste elevado de envío y los gastos de la devolución.
Actualización: desde nba store se han puesto en contacto conmigo y se han prestado a solventar el problema por lo que en cuento a atención al cliente debo decir que me ha sorprendido para bien. Gracias
