I returned 2 hoodies
I returned two hoodies from an order worth £184, including delivery charges. The return was accepted, but I was only refunded for one hoodie.
When I contacted customer services, I was told that the refund for one hoodie had been processed. I explained that the total order value was £184 and questioned why I had only received £89.99 back.
Unfortunately, the conversation became frustrating as I felt my concerns were not being addressed properly. The customer service representative then ended the call abruptly rather than resolving the issue.
Needless to say, I won't be ordering from this company again. Thankfully, PayPal stepped in and resolved the matter through a dispute, although I should never have had to go down that route just to receive the correct refund.

Great delivery and customer sevice
Great information about delivery status, speed of delivery is good even though packages are shipped from US to Europe as well. All deliveries were as schedules except for one.
Customer service did very well this occasion where the shipment was lost. They quickly found out what happened, transfered money back and even gave a 20% discount on the next purchase.

Good cummunication, good experience
The communication in terms of status updates following the order was well done, as there was a little delay. Shipment went well and was delivered after a few days. The quality of the jersey overall is actually pretty nice. However, the letters and numbers feel very 'cheap', though I have to admit it was a swingman jersey.
