Issue on delivery.
I am really enjoying gears I ordered.
However, i farely prefer to be delivered on a specific delivery point instead of my home. I didn’t find a satisfying option when I was ordering on the web site.
Unfortunattely my greatest fear happened: I had to Chased my delivery.
It could be Better to ask for a signature that would prove that the delivery person stopped by.

I received an email on the 25th saying…
I received an email on the 25th saying that the parcel was delivered, but when zi checked the tracking, it was still in Italy.
I understand that multiple carriers are needed and at some point you loose visibility, but don't say come an say: status delivered...
The staff was very helpful, apparently the carrier created the confusion :)
