Everything ok, there was a little discrepancy. But it was then solved really very quickly and satisfactorily. The items are great and beautiful. But are a little smaller, so order a size larger. Gladly again...

Ich wollte ein Shirt zurücksenden, dies wurde aber verweigert, da es angeblich personalisiert ist, was aber nicht stimmt (Cleveland Cavaliers #8 Schröder). Habe mehrmals im Chat und auch per E-Mail das Problem geschildert, es kamen immer dieselben Antworten.
Eine schlechte Geschäftspolitik dieses Shops! Bestellt dort nicht oder nur, wenn ihr sicher seid, die bestellte Ware zu behalten. Wie in anderen Bewertungen zu sehen, sind die Rücksendekosten mit ca. 15€ auch unverschämt hoch.
Ich werde das Shirt jetzt behalten und dort nie wieder etwas bestellen.
Falls jemand der Shopmitarbeiter dies liest: Ich erwarte keine Antwort auf diese Bewertung und möchte auch nicht von Ihnen kontaktiert werden, ich werde mich nicht nochmals per Mail an Sie wenden. Dafür ist mir meine Zeit zu kostbar.
-> Update: Der Shop hat sich nochmals bei mir gemeldet und den Fehler letztendlich eingestanden. Mir wurde eine sehr kulantes Angebot gemacht, daher vergebe ich nun vier Sterne.

Do not buy there . Search for a product on their website , find it order it size M wait for the delivery end up be kids size ask to return it not returnable can t exchange it . Do not waste your time and money on that site

Ich hab leider meine Bestellung nie erhalten und erst nach wiederholter Nachfrage die Rückmeldung des NBA Stores bekommen, dass das Paket zurück an den Absender gesendet wurde.
Konsequenz war, dass sie es angeblich nicht erneut versenden können, ich mein Geld hoffentlich zurück bekomme und einen Rabattcode von 25% erhalte, welchen es momentan ohnehin auf der Website gibt.
Leider sehr schade

Ordered #45 Mitchell - Cleveland Cavaliers Jersey, Size L which does not fit. Size M would be good. -Return was denied because personalized item. - Costs 120 € for nothing. - Thank you - Do not recommend to order in this unfriendly Shop.

Nice conpany, will order again, i ordered from the NBA store Europe, I did have a bad experience when first ordered but they quickly had this resolved this for me, had a refund on an item and the item didnt need returning, also had 20% off my next order which was really nice of them, the only thing I got a grumble with is the returns policy as they don't do exchanges wrong size items and only to returns and refunds, its not exactly ideal to have an item be returned, wait for it to get back to the store, then wait longer for a refund just to have to order again and wait for item again, its very long winded when someone my only want a different size rather than a whole refund ordeal. Apart from that great company and I will order again and recommend them

Wrong items consistently sent.
My experiences with this store are alway horrible. They consistently send wrong items. Their shipping takes forever. Last time, not only did they sent the wrong item and refused a refund, but they also send the package with not sufficient documentation and I had to spend my time talking with customs for a 60 Euros order. Do not buy from this store again, has nothing in common with the experience in the US. EU store is very bad.

Mon retour produit n’est toujours pas remboursé malgré les 14 jours d’attente. C’est impossible de les joindre, le Chat ne fonctionne pas. Quand on envoi un mail ils ne répondent pas.

I had a highly frustrating experience with this store. The transportation charges were over 30 EUR (the only option), and the estimated delivery time was four to seven days. Instead, I received my items a month later (within EU). Twenty-five days after placing the order, I contacted the store via email to request a full refund, as I had not received the item, but they never replied. After opening a case via PayPal, they simply resent the tracking number.

The order confirmation email provided the tracking number already, but it did not specify which transport company was responsible for the delivery in the country of arrival. After conducting my own research, I discovered that the store partners with a transport company that, instead of delivering the packages, forces customers to pick up their own orders. I was fortunate enough to track down the package before it was returned, but I had to wait almost an hour in line due to how busy the storage facility was with all the people showing up to collect their orders. The transport company claimed they attempted to deliver the item twice, during times when I was actually at home. Obviously, there was no doorbell ring, no phone call, or notice left behind.

This was meant to be a Christmas present, and in hindsight, I regret making the purchase. I would advise potential customers to carefully consider the high product costs, high transportation fees, and below subpar services.
