I ordered a jacket for my son. There was no confirmation email follow up except for a text with the link of order no: 1715. There’s no tracking to find out when delivery will be. This company is using 3 names NBA Jewellery, SP Supplies NBA which is what shows on my bank statement and also NBA Europe a 3rd name. There’s no way of contacting customer services for cancellation and refund except using a pathetic form. There’s no contact telephone number associated with this company. Most of all the email address is a gmail which even a frog can create. I’m working with my bank to get my refund. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCUMMERS. You will not get your money back. NBA has its own store in Oxford Street and a legitimate website. I just want my £154.98 back. These are broad daylight scummers. If you purchased anything from them. Please cancel your bank card Asap. They need to be stopped. They claim to be part of Shopify which is the company that shows on the invoice. Utterly ridiculous

After 3 days from ordering I received an email stating that the item I ordered was out of stock.

As gesture of goodwill they offered me 25% discount on my next order which was stated as automatically applying when I check out.

The discount doesn't work so I won't ordering anything from them.

Je viens de recevoir le maillot commandé pour mon fils pour son cadeau de Noël et je constate que ce n’est pas la taille demandée. J’ai commandé la taille L je reçois la taille M dans un emballage L. Pfff. Déjà que celà a mis du temps pour arriver. Très déçu du site officiel NBA STORE

I visited the NBA store on Oxford street in London August 30th to buy a birthday present for my nephew. The store was obviously busy however both Ash and Jacob made me feel like I was their only customer, running upstairs and downstairs getting my presents. I can't thank you both enough for coming to my rescue, both a lifesaver, I don't know what I would have done without you, you made an 11 year old child’s birthday. I felt fortunate to have you in my corner, you went the extra mile and you should be recognised, I came to London for a weekend and felt really chuffed with service I received.

Ordered a celtics baby onesie and it came in the wrong colour. Was expected to pay another £6.20 to return it on top of the delivery fee I'd already paid to only get the item amount refunded. Expecting me to pay for their mistake is an absolute joke. Do not buy from this company, they are dishonest and robbing b***tards.

Utterly dreadful service, and disappointing quality. Ordered a basketball jersey at the start of the summer holidays, and it was due to be delivered by 4th September. I chased it, as it was shown as processing until then. When I chased it, was told the high quality item was being processed and that it would arrive with us soon, or we could have a refund. Requested the top which was then dispatched and delivered within mere days. Which was surprising given the Fan Assistant said it was in a large queue due to high demand. When it arrived, the quality was poor. The writing on the front was dented, creased and wonky! High quality indeed. Tried to instigate a refund and was quite surprised that on top of initial postage I am now expected to pay to return it! So am over a tenner down, with no NBA jersey and a very disappointed teen as they have refused to offer an exchange or refund postage for returned item. Talking online to a Fan Assistant but all they are doing is a cut and paste apology and no actual help.

Mon frère commande un maillot pour mon fils, réception encore plus longue, défaut de couture sur le col et fils qui sortent sur l emmanchure ! Une honte vu le prix payé ! Plus jamais je ne commanderai sur ce site censé être fiable

At First the tracking Nr didn t work.
But the Service Team helped me.
In ten days They personalized my Trikot and sent IT to Germany.
The Name on the Jersey is little Bit small but IT looks very good.

Je suis ravie d’avoir effectué des achats sur ce site ! Le seul bémol sont les frais de livraison et de retour …
J’ai passé une première commande, que j’ai reçu très rapidement ! Le maillot étant trop grand je le renvoie et ne peux être remboursée intégralement du prix initial d’achat (bien que je me rétracte sous 14 jours). Je recommande le même maillot dans la bonne taille, et le reçois de nouveau en quelques jours.
Le remboursement du premier maillot s’est effectué en un mois à peu près, ‘e temps que le maillot retourne en Angleterre.
Je recommande ce site mais vous souhaite de ne pas avoir besoin de faire un retour ! Les maillots sont très beaux et d’une bonne qualité, et on en trouve des rares.

I ordered a XL jersey with player name. Received L jersey and the letters were hanging off and hadn't been applied properly. On the day of receipt I called to arrange a refund or exchange.

I was told to photograph the faulty product, and the size received, and to email the photos to them. Since then I have made many calls, and resent many emails, without a single reply.

Every time I call, I'm asked to send the email again, sometimes to different addresses. No one takes any ownership, no one ever replies, I'm just continually asked to send more emails. These emails are received, which was confirmed by one person I spoke to.

I made numerous complaints without reply. This has been over the course of a few months now.

When I have spoken to them, they insist I ordered a L despite all email confirmations showing I ordered XL - even their own automated phone system confirms I ordered XL. Their automated return service is a joke, and still considers my order to be 'in transit', so I can't progress down that avenue either.

If you have any issue, and judging by the quality I received you will, you will simply be ignored.

Next stop is trading standards. Please avoid this company.

I bought a jersey on the 4th of april and i was wondering what’s delaying my parcel to be delivered. I had to call and email the nba shop about my parcel since it’s been a month and 23 days not getting my parcel, i just found out that their courier service lost my parcel in transit. I don’t think i’ll ever buy any product from them again.

Déjà 15 mois que j'attends le remboursement de mon colis, rien n'y fait...aucun retour du site à part le fait qu'ils vont revenir vers moi au plus vite.

Products are good quality. The delivery takes way to long but the rest is good!
