Ich bin echt ratlos. Ich habe im Juni Knicks sachen bestellt. 2 t shirts wovon eines noch in der bestellten Größe im shop verfügbar is und das ander hald nicht. Aber nicht mal das hab ich bekommen. Kundenservice antwortet keiner auf Mail und bei den Telefonnummern geht der Anruf nicht durch. 90€ die ich nie wieder sehen werde weil laut des super chatbots meine Bestellung nicht rückerstattungsfähig ist. Ich bin echt rat und sprachlos.

Absolute amateurism: Shipped a jersey with a security tag, broke their own promise for a replacement!
My experience with NBA Store EU (Fanatics) has been nothing short of a tragedy. I ordered an international shipment from Australia to Vienna, and it arrived with a magnetic ink security tag still attached due to their warehouse's incompetence. I spent days trying to get local stores to remove it, which failed.
I contacted support, and they explicitly promised me in writing that if I returned it, they would send a replacement. I followed their exact instructions. Instead of replacing it, their system automatically issued a refund. When I complained that they broke our written agreement and asked for the replacement, they told me their "system" couldn't do it and I had to place a new order—forcing me to pay higher product prices and new shipping fees! To insult me further, they offered a laughable 10% discount as a "goodwill gesture."
This is completely unacceptable for a brand like the NBA. The Tier 1 support team is automated, unhelpful, and fails to honor written agreements. Avoid ordering from them if you expect decent customer service when things go wrong.

La camiseta no es comoda ni se ve natural porque lleva cosido un cartón bordado grande de propaganda de la marca q lo vende. No comprar. Es caro e imposible de vestir bien.
