I would have given 1 star but the service while I had it was fine. However when I cancelled my contracts because I was leaving Spain the service has been the worst I have ever recieved in my life.

I organised the cancellation of my contract almost 2 months before I left and had confimation of the date sent to me by Lobster. They failed to do this and charged me again once I had left even though I had called up 2 times to confirm and get the return code for the router so I could send it back and recieve a refund for the deposit of 121 euros that they take.

Because Lobster cancelled so late (almost 3 weeks)I had left Spain with no way of sending it back. Since then I have emailed many times and had to call and still no resolution with most of my communcations being ignored. I would avoid as this is a headache that you do not need when moving country.

Just to say that I am very pleased with Lobster.
I go to Spain every summer and the feature that allows me to park my SIM card (and keep the same cell number) is so wonderful.
Saves me the time and aggravation of getting a prepaid SIM card the very second I arrive, when I am exhausted and jet-lagged.
And the customer service is excellent!

After waiting 4 days of having no Internet and everyday calling lobster to find out that no-one had done anything to sort the problem, Kyle managed to sort it for us today! He was very kind and did more today than anyone else did over the last 4 days before. Thank you very much Kyle 😊

I had a query via email supposedly from Lobster asking me to resubmit my password. I had no idea why that should ge asked for so I rang the Lobster contact number & got through to an incredibly knowledgeable & helpful young lady called Tracey, who fully explained in great detail why that might have occurred. I now completely understand..... another example of a professional company...long may they continue.... Brian Seager.

Kyle handled my complex queries regarding our account, during today’s call with professionalism, patience, honesty and left me feeling that everything had been very satisfactorily resolved and concluded! I was helped today by a lady called Dawn, I was really frustrated when I rang Dawn was like a ray of sunshine she had me smiling all the time she was helping to solve my problem. I have never dealt with such a positive warm customer service agent I came off the phone with my problem solved and couldn't stop smiling at her warmth and positivity.
