Well that was easy !
I requested a call back because I was having issues subscribing online. Kyle called me back the same day. He quickly resolved the problem and then proceeded to step me thru the sign up process. I was simple and thorough. In the end we got our 2 new mobile numbers and unbelievably an appointment for the very next day to install our new home WiFi. What more could a person ask for in a country known for its Gordian knot bureaucracy.

My call was answered quickly and Kyle dealt with the problem straight away (my previous payment card had been frozen by my bank following a scam). He took my new card details and then ensured my mobile and internet accounts were now paid up to date. Thanks, Kyle.

Big thank you to Lobster for their incredibly customer focused service. In particular thanks to Tara who dealt with my issue this morning (my fault not theirs) efficiently and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. An incredible asset to the team. I came to England& once again could not…
I came to England& once again could not use my phone for calls, so I phoned lobster & spoke with Kyle & after about 20 minutes he managed to solve the problem
for me. Also this part-time I didn't have to wait long for them to answer my call. I would highly recommend to anyone to sign up for lobster. I wish that they would also do landline phone so I could then also sign-up for their internet package
