Lobster every time !
Contacted Lobster by phone to get details of how to set up a new phone. Email sent with simple instructions immediately, lobster or Jose B stayed on the line to make sure it arrived. When I had snags following the link I spoke again to Jose B who was able to take me point by point through my new phone until he found what was stopping me connecting. Very simple for him but not for me. He was brilliant and very patient. I have always recommended lobster and will continue to do so. The operators are the best. Thank you Jose B!

We lost our fiber internet
We lost our fiber internet, assistant at first never mentioned wrong password, even after I asked about password and checked my password with the assistant.
The following day the assistant said to my partner that she should try the password on the back of the router.
Which was successful.
I don’t know how password was changed, as the password I had been using since signing up with Lobster.
Kyle told us about the other password this morning.
