Lobster Mobile & Fibre Arvostelua 

I got a new phone. It seemed to sort itself out and transfer everything. I could make calls and textx phone to phone. And then today left the house and nothing. Evan was fabulous, sent me the info, talked me through it and boom all done :)

I’ve been with Lobster for two weeks. I live not far from Benidorm in Spain, and I’m having problems with the service.

As soon as there is no connection, my phone does not automatically reconnect. I have to switch my phone off and on again every time. So whenever I go somewhere, it becomes a real hassle. At home, when I’m connected to Wi-Fi, I don’t have this problem.

I’ve already sent an email but haven’t received a reply yet, and I’ve called several times. Every time, they say there is maintenance work going on and that they can’t help me.

When I said today that I am paying for this service, the response I got was that it’s my choice whether I stay with Lobster or not.

What kind of customer service is that?

Tara provided excellent service, helping me with setting up my mother in laws sim card where i had struggled on the website. She was patient, ensured all my issues were solved and everything was working and even helped to solve issues i hadn't asked about.

We are US citizens living in Spain. Since our visa is stuck in a long appeal process we can’t get Spanish mobile phone service or internet. Lobster was able to sign us up for fibre internet. They accept Wise which is also important because we can’t get a resident Spanish bank account or credit card until our visa is approved- up to 5 months. Tara was very nice and helpful and will call us as soon as eSIMs are available- hopefully next week. So we haven’t actually used the service yet but so far so good in terms of services offered, especially for expats.

Had an issue with my iPhone not connecting to hotspot, I called lobster and spoke with Tara a very helpful customer service advisor who sorted my issue out in minutes with very clear and precise instructions. Very happy customer

Set up my new account today. Everything was explained clealy in a professional and friendly manner. All proceeded smoothly. Great service.

Just renewed payment account. Evan was great.

Bad network coverage, useless. In less then a year time, twice no data and no calls for more than a week. I changed to Vodafone, which is much more reliable.

The server dealt will my issue was Adrianne, with the patience of a Saint thank you very much.

Adrianne has been a great assistance in helping me set up an installation appointment. She kept in touch and followed through with her previous communications.

Lobster has been a game changer for my elderly mother who lives in Spain. Having everything in English Language and a very responsive and helpful customer service team just adds to the experience.
I’m able to pay and manage her account from the Uk - avoiding the worry of potential scammers - yet maintaining her independence.
Lobster is well priced, and has an easy to use app.
I recently needed to make some amendments which was handled by friendly Lobster superstar Dawn who was super helpful going above and beyond to ensure everything was correct for Mum.

We had been emailing back and forth to arrange a porting from another company to Lobster, but unfortunately, we kept running into issues and the porting failed several times for some reason.

Eventually, I decided to give them a call instead of continuing by email, and I’m so glad I did! Adrianne was an absolute pleasure to speak to. She was so understanding, friendly and easy to talk to. She took the time to look into the issue, explained exactly where the problem was and confirmed that the porting would be processed again.

The following morning, I also had a chat with Tara, who was the person handling the porting and the lady I had been emailing back and forth with. She was also really lovely, efficient and helpful.

Definitely give them a call if you need anything — I found it much faster and more effective than emailing!
