Atrocious (non-existent) customer services: wrote and phoned repeatedly, often waiting nearly one hour to get through, regarding a litany of complaints with not a single response to anything; almost every single time an agent assured me that this time there would be resolution, but over and over again, there was absolutely nothing. AVOID!

So i decided to transfer my Vodafone…
So i decided to transfer my Vodafone number to Lobster after 28 years, because Vodafone changed my contract without asking me and then could not change it back. I have been with Lobster for about 12 months with another number and its all working great. Today I dealt with DAWN. First day of the Esims and she did a great job getting it all transfered for me. Wonderful in fact. Thanks again DAWN.

So far everything is okay. The only thing which is not functioning, is their direct debit. This morning at 2 o'clock I received a SMS, that they will be debiting my account.A few minutes later, they have charged me already. What is that?? This message to let me know, that the payment will be done soon,should be one or two days in advance and not at the same minute, when you debit my account?? Is that hidden camera??
I went once to your store and then it functioned alright and now the same thing again???

Super quick and responsive
Super quick and responsive. I exchanged emails with Dawn two or three times to change ownership of my account. It took about ten minutes and it was done. Very happy with the responsive, quick service.

I have dealt with my 5 new lobster…
I have dealt with my 5 new lobster contracts with Dawn who has been absolutely incredible to deal with. She made the process seemless in setting up the accounts, We have had some minor network issues and Dawn has called at exactly the times agreed to resolve and make sure we are able to use the handsets without issues. My son even travelled to the UK and Dawn kindly called him to make sure he was online ok and able to use his handset when there....... I've never had such an amazing experience and Dawn's customer service is 10/10!!!!
