Adrianne was helpful and didn't make me feel stupid as not being "tech" knowlegeable just gently guided me through everything. A definate asset to the company.

We needed an additional SIM card to…
We needed an additional SIM card to connect to a router. . I went to a local shop to collect the second card. When I got back home my phone had stopped working. The lady at the shop had called Lobster with the wrong message. She thought I needed a replacement SIM. I spoke with Tara at Lobster, and explained what I wanted. Tara was extremely helpful and had things sorted within ten minutes. Thank you Tara you are a star. Kindest regards Wayne

Having had our phone stolen and our…
Having had our phone stolen and our server was masmovil which took us 2 days to communicate with in English to report our problems, we decided to move to lobster. I am already a lobster customer for 8 years and had been trying to persuade my partner to join them who’d he was reluctant to do as his internet was attached to the phone. Eventually after having so many problems trying to find anyone who would speak English so we could explain our theft to masmovil I cancelled masmovil to change to lobster.
What a relief and how helpful could lobster staff be. Dawn guided us through every process to complete a smooth transition, even said we could call her back if there were any queries, which we did, have you ever known a phone company where you can a actually talk to the original caller? Dawn was incredibly friendly, helpful and got the whole job done!! What a difference to Masmovil!!
Can’t recommend them enough at a time when you need clear communication in English!

A Great Company
I have had an account with them for several years without any problems whatsoever - until today when I had difficulties getting through to a UK number which turned out to not be a UK number! Dawn was extremely kind and very helpful in explaining why I was having a problem with the call I wanted to make; she even went above and beyond her remit to help me find an alternative number to make the contact I needed to make. A very professional, friendly and efficient service.

On Monday 28/09/2026 I called Lobster as I had a billing query and also needed an additional Sim Card for a family member. I was assisted by a Lovely lady called Adrianne, who sorted out my billing query and set me up with an additional sim card (to be sent to me via post). I have received the Sim Card.

The service is great
The service is great! The price is ridiculously cheap, and it cost nothing to phone various countries around the world. You get lots of free data, which they double free quite often, and on the few occasions I needed to call them the service was always helpful and very friendly too! I can’t fault them on any front, we are delighted! Thanks everyone!

Setup Help
I rang customer services today and spoke to Dawn who was absolutely excellent. She was very friendly and more than willing to help me with a very old phone setup due to a water accident with my Google pixel phone. She also took the trouble to ring me back to make sure my phone and data was working. Thank you very much Dawn I really appreciated your help and patience certainly deserving of a 5star customer service review 😊
