I received my orders yesterday and I’m so happy. The sweatshirts were beautifully made. I don’t care if it took long for them to deliver but they still sent it and they were really really nice. Thanks much and I’ll sure order from them again.

I love the design but the shirt itself has no shape at all. Although I got a 'small' it's still pretty baggy and not very flattering to wear(Personally).
Will have to pay more to get it adjusted, can't wear it looking like this.

Ordered on Dec 22nd, as of March 3rd still not received my order. Did not get a confirmation email after ordering, wrote them two emails after not receiving anything for weeks and a woman named Paulina replied, telling me that they were overwhelmed with orders and they would send out my order within the next few days. Twice. Nothing happened so far.

Trying to reclaim my money now via Paypal. Don't order from this shop.

UPDATE:
The day I wrote the review the order was shipped and I received my tracking number. They apologized for the long delay and refunded the shipping costs.
Initial 1 star review changed to 4 stars for staying in touch and (finally) delivering.

It is very bad. No contact when you need to ask anything, I waited over a month to get ordered product. You better do not buy from them if you want to avoid troubles.

I ordered my rashguard November 30th. I fully expected it to take a while. At least a month is what I was estimating. 21 days for production plus the added shipping and transit time. It is coming from Poland after all. I received my item today, January 22nd. About 7 1/2 weeks. I couldn’t be happier with what I got. Fits well, looks almost exactly like the image. I say almost because as a clothing company myself I understand slight variances. I’d order again.
My one critique would definitely be the communication. In the beginning it was awesome, but as time went on and I inquired about my item I was met with silence for extended periods of time. Very frustrating. That’s my reason for the 4 star instead of 5. I will add that the people I did talk to were very polite and helpful.

Today is January 13th I ordered from live heroes.com on December 5th I have not received any merchandise from the company I have not received an email saying it's been shipped but they didn't charge my card over 40 days ago I'm very upset and very disappointed please do not use this company they are horrible they are outside of the United States it's very difficult to get your money back and now I am doing a chargeback with my bank card which is going to take another 30 days for me to see my money so don't do business with this company they are horrible the customer service is bad they do not get back in touch with you and they take your money and do not deliver

I ordered from this site beginning of December paying extra for express delivery. Now at 5 weeks and still nothing. Sent numerous email, one reply which said 21 days realisation time, which is not correct. Tried calling today, listened to terrible music for over 20 mins and gave up.
Wished I looked at reviews before placing an order as i believe this company is a scam.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. NO PRODUCT AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICES

It will not allow me to get any confirmation regarding my order and wont allow me to do anything regarding my email, but doesnt mind taking my money. Stay away from this site. Bought originally Christmas gift for GF regarding Rosa and Lars, but I cant even send a email to the company.

Placed an order in early September for a tank top. Contact form on the website is broken, all phone numbers are for the UK, and I am in USA. My card was charged and I have received no communication from the company and no product. No support whatsoever, horrible scam. We will dispute the credit card charge if there is no timely reply to my email.

I don't know what all of the other reviewers are going on about. I've personally ordered 3 different items. A Jacket, a T-shirt, and a swim trunks. Not a single one had a issue. Yes, they took an average of 2 months to receive each of them. But that's because I live in the States and the company manufactures each of the products, by hand, upon ordering. It'd be foolish to expect anything to be completed within THEIR local time.

Each of my orders have been worn and washed many times without problems. Though the shirt did seem to shrink a little. But I believe that is user error, as I simply threw it in with my normal wash instead of separated as I should have.

I'll be ordering more items as soon as the artists I follow start uploading more designs. That or if the company FINALLY starts offering button up shirts.

I purchased 3 coloured t-shirts. Colors are not so intense as shown on website. Quality of material is bad. After 1 wash t-shirts looks on very used. I expected high quality product and got Chinese crap.

The people at this company are either really incompetent or scammers. I ordered some shorts, they came after two months, not three weeks like promised, and looked totally different than on the picture on their website. I emailed them and they offered to send it again & said it would take maximum two weeks, it’s been five weeks and I’m still waiting. In the meantime I randomly received someone else’s package (it didn’t even have my name on it).

Don’t buy from this shop it’s not worth it!!

I am very disappointed! Two months ago I made a purchase and I still don't know what's going on. I already sent 2 emails to ask for information. The answers I received were еxcuses, terms from 2 weeks to several days and thanks for patience. In their site is written 21 days. I wait 3x21 days.
Few days ago I sent a 3rd message, this time with asking for a real deadline in which they will ship my order or I want my money back.
I received a message, that says:
"Due to the emphasis we place on the quality of our products, they are currently waiting in the queque for the quality control department. The order of the control is determined by the system, based on the time of placing orders by customers, so we have no influence on it. After passing quality control successfully, they will be directed to the logistics department.
I assure you that we are doing everything in our power to deliver your order as soon as possible."

So...with this waiting for "quality control" they want to say - sorry we cannot return the money because the order is already printed. Ok..But what is this 2 months quality checking...? Are they wear and wash the clothes for a month+ so it can be quality control approved? And if they have no influence on this "quality control system" and it takes more than 2 months, why in their site is written 21 days? What does it mean - if somebody makes a purchase now, probably he will receive it next year, and this information is not even available in their site....
I start to ask myself if Live Heroes is scam or it's just slow and no professional....

Finally I received my order! I don't know what kind of "quality control system" they have, but the colors are far from good.
I purchased BLACK cotton t-shirt with direct colorful print, GRAY cotton t-shirt with direct gray/black/white print, and HOODIE with full sublimation colorful print. The colors have sunk into the black cotton textile. With simple eye we can see LH didn't put a white base before the colors, and the print looks economic and cheap. The gray t-shirt looks better because the textile is bright, but the colors are with cold blue tone and the print is more bluish instead gray/white. The hoodie has the most of the potential to be good, but the colors have this "dirty old" feeling.
For almost 3 months waiting and high prices, the result is not satisfactory.
