28 listopada zeszłego roku zamówiłam bluzę. Z tego co czytałam i jakiego maila od nich dostałam po złożeniu zamówienia, pomyślałam że długo czekać nie będę. Pisałam do nich w grudniu odnośnie paczki, bo mieli informować o każdym procesie tworzenia bluzy, a tego nie robili i zaczęłam się martwić. Zapewnili że żadne zamówienie nie zostanie pominięte i proszą o chwilę cierpliwości. Pomyślałam ok, rozumiem, bo to okres świąt, nie ma co się złościć.
Cóż, mamy prawie koniec marca, a produktu nadal brak. Pieniędzy również mi nie oddali za przyjęte i niezrealizowane zamówienie, a wolałabym je jednak odzyskać niż nie mieć ani zamówionej bluzy, ani pieniędzy.

Cieszę się, że skusiłam się na zamówienie tylko jednej rzeczy, bo inaczej sporo bym straciła, a tak to "tylko" 130 złotych poszło w błoto.

I placed an order in December and still haven’t gotten a shipping confirmation. I’ve emailed their customer support 3 times and each time a different person tells me I’ll get shipping information within a few days. I’m about to contact my bank and file for a charge back. This is ridiculous.

I ordered a lovely hoodie but I checked out as a guest so I didn't get proper tracking so after I realised the eta time later of it being shipped I asked what what going on. Understandably Brexit had just gone through so they were having trouble getting things over however I was told for 6 weeks that my order was just on the edge to be sent out with an email giving tracking but still no email. I decided that was the last straw and I asked for a refund and I was met with the reply of
"Thanks for your message.
We're working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
About a few hundreds parcels per day are shipped from our warehouse, so we would be grateful if you could wait a bit more.
You will be notified by e-mail when the parcel is shipped."

TLDR:: Still haven't received my order 3 months later nor a refund

This is a drop ship scam.
I ordered a rashie top on 30th december 2020 and it cost me $45 and nothing. They gave me an order number but no tracking information. It is a total con - do not place an order. Finally new info update -rashie finally came in April 2021, it's a nice shirt with a good print but haven't used it or tried it on for size yet as it is now winter and freezing in NZ. Still wouldn't recommend this site.

Ordered few items in late Nov, until today no sign of shipment (3 months!), I cancelled the order, wondering how long it will take them to return the money..
Since mid Dec I was misled by customer service who would every time tell me “two more weeks”, “we will finalize all orders by x”, “products at the final stage almost ready to be sent”, “we will finish by end of this week”.
Oh boy, how do the customer service people sleep at night - I don’t think I ever experienced such poorly managed customer relations. Not only they could not provide any concrete information, like they even didn’t have visibility into orders queue, no production planning etc, but they were lying in every single email.

Kolejna firma stworzona przez właściciela marek Mr. Gugu & Miss Go, Carpatree, Bittersweet Paris i innych. Zamówienie złożone 17 listopada, mamy 16 lutego - do tej pory nic (oczywiście jedyne co przychodzi na pytanie kiedy je otrzymam, to przesuwany czas realizacji). Na szczęście nie zapłaciłam z góry, a za pobraniem. Polecam to rozwiązanie - nie płacenie z góry. Pan właściciel operuje naszymi pieniędzmi, a towaru nie ma albo przychodzi po 2-3 miesiącach kiedy czas deklarowany na stronie i regulaminie sklepu, to 25 dni. Żenada.
Edit z dnia 24.02 - zamówienie zostało dostarczone po 98 dniach. Niestety bluza nie odpowiada wyglądowi zaprezentowanemu za stronie jeżeli chodzi o krój (krzywe skrojenie) i rozmiar (powyżej deklarowanego na stronie). Definitywnie ostatnie zamówienie w tej firmie i wszystkich innych markach rodziny Lethe.

Stay away from this company. Ordered a shirt over 2 months ago....getting close to 3 months. I contacted them and they advised they were working on it....not even shipped. This company is terrible...do not purchase anything from them.

Brak profesjonalizmu, zero kontaktu. Czekałam 1.5 miesiąca na bluze. Po czym dostałam wiadomość, że nawet jeszcze nie poszła do szycia. Wielokrotnie pisałam i zero kontaktu. Nie polecam nikomu

Ordered a shirt for my daughter almost 2 months ago. And I've got no notifications of shipment or anything else. Every time I contact them to ask about status I get the same response back. Would not recommend ordering from this company.

This company does not follow it advertised time frames what-so-ever. They also DO NOT keep you up-to-date on the status of your order like they claim to. I recommend ordering ANYWHERE else. Hopefully you can find someone local rather than this garbage company.

I ordered a rashguard over a month ago. So far I have sent two emails requesting status updates on my order. Live heroes responded both times saying it normally takes 25 days but there have been delays so they'll keep me posted. I will not be using their services again.

as an artist, I wanted my pictures to be shown on clothes or a cushion, so I ordered 9 custommade all over printed items (for family and friends, before I offer to public), which means I can compare different types. I'm really impressed by the quality of the print and how neat the parts are assembled (even attached pockets are perfectly integrated in complex patterns, respect for the sewers). The price for the work is absolutely fair, I think it would also be ok if the price was a bit higher (at least for the "more rich countries", to make it more fair for the producers ...)
It would be nice if they could also offer some shirts as 100%cotton versions (t-shirts are only Polyester, Sweater 70co/30pe), but maybe that wouldnt work for good prints (?)
It was just some patience needed, we waited for delivery two months (instead of announced 3 weeks), maybe due to corona (?)
Also i want to report that it is comfortable as a designer to offer own works on this plattform. And so far they paid the provision for offering the design, but this also takes a while, i'm fine with this as long as they do at least ...

The 23rd of July I've ordered and payed.
The 24th of August AFTER sending them an e-mail, they wrote BACK that they need a week more because my item is still during production.
Today is 2nd of September and still: no news from them nor my order. Urgh... :/
UPDATE: I received my order 5th of September, of course without any e-mail from them (as they should send, but nope). The hoodie looks like on a picture, however the material is quite cheap. Anyway, it's good that finally I've got this, so I change the rate from 1 star to 3 star.

After 35 days I emailed to inquire on my order, but got no reply. I emailed again 5 days later and they said the order was done but awaiting inspection. Said it would ship in 5 days. 10 days later I inquired again, this time they said it was in production again. At this point I doubt I will ever get it.

The order which should arrive in 20 business days came in like 35 business days. Nobody wanted to tell me about that as well, I had to write to them to get any information about the shipment or additional delays. I was going to ignore the long delivery time but the sweatshirt came with white spots all over the print and it just looks ugly. Wasted money but I'm not going to fight for a few dollars it will take too much time. My first order was fast and the sweatshirt was well made, unfortunately after a year I can say that the company is worse than it used to be. It is a waste of money and time. Another store may be a better option.

waited over 4 months for an order, they promised me a date last month but item never shipped out.. i am still in the midst of trying to obtain a refund. I cannot imagine such poor customer service ever! Will not recommend anyone to shop on this site. Terribly disappointed!

I got what I ordered and within 5 working days. I received a confirmation email straight away. Would have given 5 but the design didn't pop out as much as I thought it would have.

If you want cool design t-shirts and not too heavy of a price, I would recommend!

I had read some negative reviews about this company and was doubtful about ordering ,but I love the designs of the sweatshirts so I decided to give them a try.I received my order in the time they said and it wasn't quite the same as I had ordered,The image was slightly larger ,so I sent it back for replacement.The customer service was fantastic and very quick to answer my queries.They authorised my return and within a week they received the package and sent me a replacement.Due to the Coronavirus lockdown, I didn't receive delivery of my replacement owing to the Polish postal service (not the fault of Live Heroes) so they refunded my money without question AND the cost of postage .During the whole process I was treated courteously and politely and above all efficiently particularly by Paulina.I can only relate my review to my experience,but I will definitely purchase from them again.
