I agree with all of the other people who have had bad experiences dealing with this Waste Of Space online seller. I wish I had seen this before, however I paid through PayPal who have now stepped in and are handling an escalated case claim. I have heard every excuse about delays, holidays, low supply from shirt suppliers etcetera for weeks. To everyone else reading this, if you have had the same issues and paid through PayPal, contact them and report these scammers, PayPal do what it says on the tin they cover customers regarding refunds to claw back your money!

Full Disclosure:
I'm a designer that sold said designs on LiveHeroes.com for MANY years. I also bought said designs for quality control, as well as from other LH stores. The quality has always been increadibly good for both myself and my customers.

That all said, I don't have a clue what happened to the company in 2023. After my email was illegally placed onto the black-market and a new email was established, I visited LH to update my account and found the entire site was gone! Not just my persinal store front, but the entire site. I've spoken to my fellow creators and they are just as lost as I am.

I don't recall ever receiving a email of any changes to the company. But with the abundant of 2K scam emails a day I was receiving, I doubt I would have seen it either way.

The following concerns the other reviews I see here on TrustPilot. It appears LH might have been either bought out or had to move their production to a 2nd party that failed these customers. LH produced very high quality products ON DEMAND. What set LH apart was their ability to create ALL OVER printing on a large variety of products. This process is not easy, not automated, and more often than not, requires a lot of sewing.

LH's production house was in US, Canada. And due to high demand volume, it could take up to 3 months to complete a single order. And when you received it, you knew it was high quality. Not only in it's build, but in the designs on said products. But there are a few 2023 reviews stating terrible quality products. I personally never saw such poor quality from LiveHeroes. If I had to guess, Canada's terrible regulations (especially at and after the 2020 lockdowns) forced LH to change course to save money and meet said regulations. And this may have effected their production quality. Again, that is only a guess.

As for products not fitting the customers, I do not believe that is LH's fault. The sad truth is the majority of customers tend to not look at the size charts correctly. And assume the listed charts are based on THEIR country's sizes and not those of Canada's, where the items are produced. LH tried to make this issue obvious, but like I said, customers tend to not fully read and buy without properly researching the listings. I know this because I was one of them and have had to deal with many customers since.

Although LiveHeroes.com seems to be no more, I am still giving them 5 stars. My personal experience is the only thing I can based my rating on. Before I sold my designs on their site, I was a buyer. Gutted, I've bought many items of them for years, all my last night on earth t shirts and many more! Just received a delivery that I thought had been lost in post! I spent a few hundred £ and not one thing fits me right, all my last orders 'made of nice fitting cotton 'I still wear. They have changed materials and sizes! Doesn't even feel like my order has come from the same company, all cheap tackey materials with badges stuck on and the prints are very dull, I get a feeling they've changed to cheaper materials so the ink sticks better, maybe it does 'but not worth ruining the quality, such a shame.

Placed my order more than 3 months ago and still haven’t received it. Customer service lies about the shipping dates every time I check the status.
Avoid this website if it’s live again (it has been down for a while now, so not even sure they are operational)

They take to much time to deliver . Hope i will get my clothes at least . They still didn,t shiped . I really needed them for when they told they will deliver

I had my order placed on December 4th and it finally arrived yesterday, half a year later. They also never updated me and I wrote 4 times only to hear vague excuses. Very disappointed and I won’t order anything else from them. What a shame!

I have been waiting for over 3 months and have been told multiple times my order would be shipped only for the date to pass and nothing to have happened. I finally opened a claim on PayPal to try to get a refund and ended up closing the claim because they said that my item was ready to ship but they couldn't ship due to the open claim. After closing the claim my items still haven't shipped. I would avoid this company, they are scammers and liars.
Edit: items have arrived, no shipping notice or delivery notice was given nor were there updates during production as promised

Ktoś w ogóle potrafi skontaktować się z tą firmą. Zakosili pieniądze i od 2 miesięcy zero kontaktu. Ich dane kontaktowe chyba tylko na pokaz.

2 months waiting and still nothing. i will wait another 2 weeks and then cancel my order and try to get paypal refund

I had a nice experience back in 2019 so I decided to buy again in Nov. 2022 as a Xmas present. Almost 4 months later and no signal of my order so unfortunately I had to request a refund and my order cancellation. Pity to see a bunch of so bad reviews.

Total scam. 5 weeks and never received. Fake tracking number, Fraud charges to be filed.

Nadal nie otrzymałam zamówienia od tej "firmy", składam zawiadomienie na Policję i każdemu zdecydowanie odradzam jakiekolwiek z nimi transakcje! Niedopuszczalny czas realizacji zamówienia!
Czekam miesiąc bez żadnej informacji o jego realizacji. Na mojego maila z pytaniem o status zamówienia otrzymałam jedynie skopiowaną wiadomość z poprzedniego, bezczelna forma obsługi klienta. Przy tak dużej konkurencji dziwi mnie takie lekceważące podejście, przestrzegam i nie polecam!

Nie polecam, czas wykonania znacznie dłuższy od podanego w zamówieniu. Zrezygnowałem po prawie 40 dniach oczekiwania, chociaż rezygnacja poszła sprawnie...

Od zamówienia minęło raptem 40 dni i nawet pół informacji co się dzieje z przesyłką... nigdy więcej...

Na chwilę obecną słaba jedna gwiazdka.
Tylko od dalszego prowadzenia mojego zamówienia przez Live Heroes zależy czy ilość gwiazdek w mojej opinii się powiększy.
Zamówienia dokonałam 9 grudnia. Jedynym dowodem dokonania zamówienia jest e-mail z PayU potwierdzający przelew środków za zakup. To z tego maila wiem, jaki mam prawdopodobnie numer zamówienia. Do dnia dzisiejszego nie otrzymałam żadnego potwierdzenia ze sklepu, że zamówienie zostało przyjęte do realizacji.
16 grudnia napisałam więc na WhatsUp zapytanie o status mojego zamówienia. Pani Justyna następnego dnia odpisuje i prosi o numer zamówienia. Wpisuję i czekam na odpowiedź... cisza. W międzyczasie przychodzi weekend. Jest poniedziałek rano i piszę ponownie na WhatsUP, czy ktoś może mi udzielić informacji na temat mojej przesyłki. Dostaję odpowiedź od Pani Justyny, ze "aktualnie nie obsługują wiadomości WhatsUp i proszą o kontakt drogą mailową albo przez FB". 4 dni zajęło im odesłanie mnie do innej formy kontaktu, mimo że początkowo na WhatUp poproszono mnie o nr zamówienia! Kontakt z klientem w tej firmie jest jakimś ponurym żartem! Napisałam oczywiście maila i wiadomość na FB, ale nie robię już sobie nadziei na szybką informację zwrotną... Żałuję, że zanim zamówiłam, nie sprawdziłam opinii o Live Heroes...
Zobaczymy, czy i kiedy otrzymam moje zamówienie.
P.S. Strona na FB nie wyświetla żadnych polubień ze strony innych osób, nie ma żadnych polubień pod zdjęciami i nie ma zakładki z opiniami o firmie. Wszystko to składa się potencjalnie na firmę-krzak. Niesamowite, że takie firmy funkcjonują i nikt im się nie dobierze do tyłka... Do czasu...

Akurat kiedy myśleliśmy że trzeba się pogodzić z byciem oszukanym przyszła przesyłka od LiveHeroes, szybciej niż zapowiadali, ze wszystkim zamknęli się pewnie w 3 tygodniach max. Zamówiona była bluza i mi odpowiada więc dostają wysoka ocenę. Jedyne co firma mogłaby poprawić to potwierdzenia zamówienia i wysyłki.

As designer, seller and buyer on the platform I can cast a broad umbrella. The design tools are good but need improvement; the office back end needs a lot off work; getting paid when you generate sales is always an issue and contacting is problematic at best. As an example: I've been waiting now for 6 weeks to get paid, on the commissions I've generated; and I've sent multiple emails that are just ignored on the issue.

When ordering products, it's rare when there isn't an issue as to why the item hasn't been shipped; and when it is shipped; either you don't get a tracking number or it's the wrong one or the package can not be tracked outside of Poland.

As for the product quality; I have no issue. My artwork on the hoodies, t-shirts and long sleeves I've order look superb; and the quality of the material in my opinion is great.

The just needs to up grade the artist area, get a customer service support center going and get up to speed with shipping documentation.

I'm on 7 different Print On Demand platforms and they're are at the bottom when it comes to support.

This is undoubtedly hurting their business as buyers will go elsewhere; as there are other services that provide similar product lines at the same cost.

Today I got my order from liveheroes and... What can I say? I'm blown away actually by the amazing quality, much better than I expected. The colors are just as I imagined from looking at the website. The one I "designed" myself came out exactly as I had hoped it would. The size chart didn't lie. I love the clothing.
Granted, my order didn't arrive within 21 days, as they claimed in the confirmation email. It took almost 8 weeks. But from reading through online reviews, I expected worse.
This is actually the only negative I have. They unnecessarily incited expectations that they realistically couldn't live up to. But I didn't expect a made- to- order shipment arrive within 21 days. I didn't expect constant email communication which then didn't happen. I order online everyday without the expectation of costumer service keeping me up to date on my order. So why send a confirmation email claiming all that? That's just headed for disappointment.
I will definitely order again soon!
