Post vendita incredibile, magnifici!
Inizialmente avevo richiesto un ricambio per un mio stivaletto che dopo vari anni si era usurato. Non ci crederete ma hanno ritirato ambedue le calzature, riparate e rispeditemi senza alcun costo... Non ho parole. Per me rimangono le scarpe più comode che abbia mai avuto, sono al 4° paio e continuerò a comprarle. Azienda seria e prodotti di qualità.

Mi primera adquisición en línea con "La Martina" tuvo como resultado la recepción de una prenda con un tallaje que, si bien era el solicitado, resultaba algo grande. Puesto en contacto con Atención al Cliente, la respuesta fue instantánea, situando a mi disposición todos los mecanismos contemplados en sus protocolos a fin de dar cumplida satisfacción a mis necesidades, incluído el mantenimiento de las bonificaciones preexistentes en el momento de la compra. Y el "rostro amable" de dicho Area, de nombre Anna, mostró proximidad, calidez y empatía, lo cual se traduce -a nivel profesional- en eficacia, eficiencia y efectividad. Ho acquistato un maglione girocollo in cotone c/o autlet di Serravalle color crema.Dopo il lavaggio delicato ho notato che era pieno di macchie bianche.Segnalato il fatto mi hanno detto che non era mai successo(guarda caso sn la prima)
Mi hanno detto di andare a Serravalle che l'avrebbero cambiato.
Io abito a Saronno,quindi girato l'angolo. Siamo tornati a Serravalle e ritirato il nuovo maglione
Risultato: lavato e stesso problema.
Ora ricontattati mi dicono di cambiare il prodotto.
Altri soldi di benzina e autostrada!!!
Vergognatevi!!!

Produktion in China trotz anderer Angaben.
Laut Werbung und Angaben im Internet produziert LA MARTINA für den europäischen Markt in Rumänien, Türkei und Italien.
Geworben wird mit exklusivem Luxus und erstklassiger Qualität.
Bedauerlicherweise unterscheidet sich aber die Firma trotz hochpreisiger Ware, zumindest in der Produktion nicht von Billiganbietern. Denn auch LA MARTINA bezieht, entgegen ihrer Angaben, vieles in China.
Ich fühle mich diesbezüglich getäuscht und werde mich künftig von dieser Marke verabschieden.

Unsere Kollektionen werden tatsächlich in verschiedenen Ländern gefertigt, darunter Italien, die Türkei und Rumänien, je nach Produktkategorie und handwerklichen Anforderungen. In Einzelfällen können bestimmte Komponenten oder Artikel aus anderen Produktionsstätten stammen – stets unter strengen Qualitätskontrollen und nach unseren hohen Standards.

Passt ins Bild zu den vielen schlechten Bewertungen.
Wirkliche Kontaktmöglichkeit="0". Retouren werden nicht zeitnah bis gar nicht bearbeitet. Ich bekomme per E-Mail nur nichtssagende Systemnachrichten.
Scheint allgemein Masche zu sein, um mit den Geld der Kunden möglichst lange arbeiten zu können. Warte seit über 4 Wochen auf zwei Erstattungen in Höhe von ca. 300 €.
Ich war Jahre/ Jahrzenhnte von der Marke angetan. Seit der Produktion in China (Gewinnmaximierung) hat die Qualität deutlich nachgelassen und der Rückgabeprozess ist unübersichtlich, zeitraubend und nervig. Nach Abschluss der beiden Retouren, werde ich mich von der "Marke" abwenden und dort nichts mehr bestellen.
Ich habe vorsorglich 2 Fälle bei PayPal gemeldet, in der Hoffnung das Geld zurückzubekommen. Das kann es wohl aber nicht sein.
Die vereinzelten Antworten hier sollen dem Leser irgendwie Service und Seriosität suggerieren. So viele schlechte Bewertungen können sich nicht irren.

Umso mehr bedauern wir, dass unsere Antworten den Eindruck erweckt haben könnten, lediglich Seriosität vermitteln zu wollen: Unser Engagement für unsere Kunden ist echt und konstant.
Die Verzögerungen der letzten Wochen waren auf außergewöhnliche logistische Probleme zurückzuführen, doch unser Customer Service hat stets versucht, allen Kunden bestmöglich zu helfen, und aktuell sind keine Fälle mehr offen. Leider kann die Technik manchmal unvorhergesehene Schwierigkeiten verursachen, doch seit März haben wir erheblich investiert, um unsere Prozesse zu verbessern und ein reibungsloseres Einkaufserlebnis mit kostenlosen Lieferungen und Rücksendungen zu gewährleisten.

I had placed an order on the website ( incidentally the sale prices were great ) and tried to check out my order, but every time I wanted to send my credit card info, I got a message indicating that I could not use a Debit Card or Credit Card ! After so many failed tries I finally contacted the customer service and explained my situation and circumstances.
Ms. Anna as usual was very helpful and managed to resolve the issue and find out the glitch and fix it.
