They sent the same faulty product three times
I’m very disappointed with my experience. The bag arrived faulty, with the leather strap on the front damaged around the metal fastening, the leather was cracked at the attachment point, causing it to bend and not sit properly.
I returned it and received a replacement, but the second one arrived with the exact same defect. At this point, it genuinely looks like I may have been sent the exact same bag again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but after a further replacement, I have now received what appears to be the same faulty product for the third time.
This is a serious issue with quality control or returns handling. Having to go through the returns process multiple times is frustrating and time-consuming, especially as this was meant to be a gift.
Customer service has been polite, but the resolution so far has not been acceptable.
I would not recommend based on this experience.

The fit is intentionally slightly loose to ensure that the zipper can be unfastened and opened smoothly without resistance.
Because this finish is standard for this specific model, the replacements you received feature the same "engineered slack" to facilitate easy access. We understand how this could be interpreted as a fault if you were expecting a rigid, tight fit, and we apologise for any confusion regarding the bag's mechanics.
Since this particular style clearly does not meet your expectations, we would love to make this right. We invite you to return the item for a full refund.
We can suggest several alternative models that feature reinforced, structural metal fastenings if you prefer a more secure closure.
