Danny made the whole experience simple and straight forward. I didn't have to answer any complicated questions or understand the technology behind the boradband service, he took all that stress away and soryed everything for me. Direct debit was set up quickly and easily over the phone and my current provider was contacted for me! Simple!

Very disappointing experience with KCOM.

I have a Power Fibre 900 package and expected reliable Wi-Fi throughout my home. I did not receive any eero equipment when I started my service and only received the two eeros a year later.

Even with two eeros, I still have no reliable Wi-Fi coverage in the kitchen and upstairs at the same time. When I move one eero to the kitchen, I lose the connection upstairs.

Instead of resolving the issue, I was told I would need to pay an additional £5 per month for another eero. I strongly disagree with having to pay extra to solve a Wi-Fi coverage problem when I am already paying for a 900 Mbps package.

Very frustrating customer service and a poor experience overall. I expected much better from KCOM.

We had Ellis and Blake come and fit our new wifi and I don’t have anything bad to say. They thoroughly explained what needed to be done and where would suit us best to place the box. Blake helped us set the account up and made sure everything was running smoothly before they left.

Extremely happy with KCOM. Everything went well from the original phone call, delivery of equipment and engineer fitting. Highly recommended.

The speed and efficiency they dealt with my 'fault' was first class. Indeed engineer visited and rectified cable problem same am as reported . A timely reminder in these times of competition of how important an established back up customer service /engineers is ! Well done KCOM -It's so easy to find fault these days so it's important to be as prepared to give praise where justified. Thanks KCOM .

I never got a new router I did the cimintract for two years but I never received a new router like it says on there website so it's not a lie thanks

Two engineers, Blake and Greg installed my fibre broadband and were both very friendly. I was interested in what they were doing so was watching and questioning all that they were doing. Not only did they not mind but happily explained in detail. Even with me getting in the way they were very efficient and made an excellent installation and left everything in a clean and orderly manner. It was also almost impossible to see where they made a trench in the lawn when they finished.

Engineers on time, no mess very efficient service. Internet connection is very good. The customer service staff were very good at filling forms in for us and explaining everything

Kcom came out to re connect us after building works severed our cable.
Jonathan/chris/andy re dug the cables to the correct depth , to a high standard and expalined everything before/during and after the operation . Couldnt thank them enough. We did have to wait 2 days but thats to be expected as they will have job queues to work through

The experience was unbelievable fast and clear. So easy to understand. The lady I spoke with was nice and friendly and talked me through the whole experience.

Why does 💩CON think 🤔 😕 people will stay with them when they are so bloody expensive and their service is a load of rubbish? The answer is you don't the MONOPOLY is gone and place a LOVELY LITTLE CEASE ORDER WITH BT they will get your number off 💩CON and CEASE their service and OPENREACH will install a BRAN NEW LINE and you can tell 💩CON TO GET STUFFED so do it now you 😀 😊 will save yourself a bloody fortune and never ever use these idiots again! Being a great service ,and nice to have somone you can understand at end of a phone when you do make a call .. They always seem to make you happy with your service you will receive .. give Kcom a try . although i would not give them a second thought if had to pay full price .

Charged me over £500 for an early termination fee. Had to move out of service area due to my job in healthcare.
You can try all you like but they are soulless and will just say you signed a contract. No light behind those eyes. Theres various articles online where people have tried and failed.
And the people moving in to my house have KCOM too so they’re essentially double dipping due to the monopoly.
Their cancellation fees are NOT reasonable and NOT capped.
A good life lesson at least, but if I can help even one other person avoid this predatory company I’ll feel better.
Ought to be ashamed of themselves- Disgusting stuff.

Also they make it look like they will be reasonable online by requesting details of your experience but it’s the same old spiel. Don’t be fooled
