Had Ellis and Blake come to install our cable connection and router. Both very friendly and professional. Laid cable under the lawn and paving stone, couldn't tell they had been afterwards. Fitted the router in the house and explained how it all worked. Very happy with the service. Highly recommended.

He helped to arrange a phone consultation with a young lady called Helen. She was lovely & so patient while explaining everything in words I could understand. So a new beneficial package has been sorted in that phone call, many thanks Helen 👍

Asked on May 19th 2026, to stop my paper bills. They charge £2:50 per bill. I was assured it would be done.
It is now September and they are still sending paper bills at £2:50 each. Tried to use online chat, but as usual they want to know my password, I don’t know it, I don’t use it. Another company using non UK customer service. I still have the email reply from customer services saying they had arranged for paperless billing.

From the sales representative coming to the door to the engineers installing the broadband everything was so professional and seamless. Kcom even contacted our previous provider and did everything in terms of closing down that account making sure we got our money back if we were owed any and we couldn’t fault Kcom in any way at all..
would highly recommend as a fat broadband speed too!

The worst company to deal with when moving house.

I have just moved house from the East Riding area and i am waiting 2 months before my new build is complete (same area). I am living with my parents till this happens and all i wanted to do was pause my account/billing and pick this up again in 2 months time. Turns out i can't do that as they won't allow it even though i have been a loyal customer since 2018. I also have not had as much issues from anyone i pay bills to as i have KCOM when moving out of my property. Their website is appalling. I was overcharged for my final month and told this will be corrected but i woke up today with an email saying i had another bill to pay - when i log into my account however there is no previous bills or PDFs to view. They are awful to deal with. 5th time i've had to contact customer service
