Excellent service so far from KCOM. Only had it installed a couple of weeks and we woke up this morning with no internet, which is a major issue for us as my wife works from home. Called as soon as they opened and the guy on the phone was very helpful and friendly (think his name was John) he arranged for an engineer to come out that afternoon. We then had the engineer arrive about an hour after the call saying he had had a cancellation in the big job he had this morning that was 10 mins away and thought he would see if he could help us. Issue sorted in 20 mins by a lovely friendly engineer, issue sorted and my wife was saved from going into the office. So great service from all.

Speeds are good but if you ever need to cancel, that’s when problems occur. Hours on the phone, never call you back. Then threaten to send you legal letters even if moving out of the area. Tried to charge me over £300 to leave when they couldn’t provide service to new home. After 3 months of contacting they finally admitted I hadn’t signed any contract. No apologies or bye just said it’s sorted and hung up. I wouldn’t use these in a million years.

Blake and Ellis were polite respectable.
Took shoes off. Offered to clean mess. Very informative. Making sure I was aware of everything. Had Time to talk thing through with me. Much appreciated

Worst company ever, monopolised hull, and hold lines ransom for new broadband for weeks on end, sick of being on hold to this ridiculous excuse of a company.
Use others if you can, they're much cheaper, can't wait to see this company go bust.

Do not use this company !! Use it for years and for the reason I moved on other address where they can't serve me and charge me 500£ for early contract end! DO NOT GO FORE CUSTOMER - They don't care customer wants only money money money!!!!!!!!!

I was able to soeak directly to a person and they were helpful explaining my queries however obscure they may have been.

Matt and Jake came to install our new internet after just moving into a new home. They were both so lovely! Great with my children, pets and overall just lovely guys. Highly recommend

From my initial ordering at telephone house the experience has been positive. The young lady at the reception was very good and sorted my query quickly. I was given a date of installation by the engineer and received my router etc the very next day. The engineer also sorted my change of provider information so it was a seamless change.
The 2 technicians arrived at the time that was agreed and they fitted and then sorted my WiFi for my phone and TV. They respected my property and we're very professional.
Since I have been using the system I am very pleased with it.

I like everyone else was pulled into changing providers because it was cheaper... what a mistake that was. I have now returned to Kcom and couldnt be happier. The way the staff handled my enquiries and installation was first class. Everything i asked was answered proffessionally and with respect. From the first call to follow up after installation has been so easy with staff helping any chance they could. I am now experiencing uninterupted internet. So despite being a little more expensive i would 100% recommend Kcom for all your needs after all you get what you pay for. Well done Kcom and all the staff involved in my returning back to the fold.

I had great experience with Ellis and Blake when then came to connect my broadband. They were both friendly, professional and very helpful throughout the installation. They worked efficiently, explained everything efficiently. I would definitely recommend Ellis and Blake.

simple change over so far,not used the service yet, but at this point cannot see any problems

Broadband is stable and quick but the contract terms are long 2 yr the pricing is expensive and customer service is poor
