The mugs are beautiful my wife loves them but noticed I ordered 2 husbands. I just ordered a wife replacement.

I received my order on time however the ornament was very very small compared to what it looked like when i ordered it

the mugs turned out just as i imagined. Not sure if they are microwave proof but I love them anyway. my kids will get a big kick out of them. i bought the 3 pack

Not only did I have to wait for weeks for my order to be delivered to my best friend, when it arrived finally, it was broken beyond repair!! This company is not only deceptive but they don’t protect the products they sell from damage!!

My order of “Wish you lived closer” was received and loved by my daughter. My only complaint was that it took so long to arrive and disappeared from tracking. However, JoyMade responded to my inquiry quickly and was able to track the order. They kept in communication with me until the order arrived at my daughter’s and her reaction made it well worth the wait! I will definitely order from them again.

The product I ordered was the Sister in Christ cup. The cup was delivered promptly and the cup was not damaged.

I would not recommend this site again. I typed my correct address but I didn’t realize that my old address of 4 years ago was used instead of the address I typed in. Obviously I didn’t receive my order.

This was going to be a gift and now I can’t give it 🤬. One of the names, my name is spelled wrong. I’m so ☹️

The coffee cup is beautiful! It reminds me of the close bond between my oldest sister and I. I plan to gift it to her at Christmas — and I know it is going to WOW her! I ordered two so I could also have the same keepsake. It marks time of where we are in age with zest of life forward!

Update: you won't believe this.
I have forwarded to "customer support" THEIR OWN EMAILS confirming the orders, the shipping addresses and the intended recipients - and they are still having to investigate.
TWO of the emails that I have sent on an item that was supposedly "delivered," - has all the relevant information on them - THEIR information confirming my order, but they have "no record" of the purchase.
THAT IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DEALING WITH FROM THESE THIEVES.
Again, I am out over $100 on these 3 items.
And, their response is "i'm sorry for your frustration."
"Frustration"?????? I am waaaaay beyond frustration on this one.
Can you imagine going into court with all the evidence that I have provided them, including their own emails? and their telling a judge that they have "no record" of the purchase????
1 of the items for `1 of my daughters went to some person in Wisconsin, the other one went to South Dakota.
Can you believe it.
They're telling me where it went - and I ahve forwarded them their own emails proving that they sent it to the wrong people, and they have to "verify."
I don't know if they have monkeys fulfilling these orders, or if it's the AI robot - but, buyer beware.

You know the expression, "you couldn't make this **** stuff up"?
Well. I've got another one like that.
I can not believe what I am currently dealing with.
3 separate orders.
Never received.
In trying to correspond with "customer support," it's truly like the old Laurel and Hardy sketch "Who's on First."
I've ordered multiple things from them. Of the 3 that are missing, 2 are the most recent. 1 gift to my daughter in central Florida. The other a gift for my daughter where I live here in North Florida. When I checked the "tracking," which is barely visible, it went from Miami to Nenchang. WHAT????? After contacting customer support, they said that it went to South Dakota. The other order went to somewhere in the Midwest.
You can't go on their site and see previous orders - no kidding. Once they are "delivered," your orders disappear.
NOW, THEY ARE WANTING ME TO PROVIDE WHAT i HAVE ALREADY P ROVIDED THEM WITH MULTIPLE TIMES - TRACKING NUMBERS, ORDER NUMBERS - I HAVE AT LEAST 30 EMAILS THAT I HAVE ALREADY SENT TO THEM WITH ALL THE PERTINENT INFORMATION.
SO, IT LOOKS LIKE I AM OUT OVER $100 IN MONIES THAT I HAVE PAID THEM FOR THESE GIFTS.

I simply love the gifts that I bought for my siblings for Christmas. Joymade took all of the guess work of looking for the perfect gift for them. The easy of ordering, getting to preview my items and the updates along the way until they arrived at my front door took all the stress out of my holiday shopping. Glad I ran across this website!

I had a special order made and it took a little longer but arrived and will be a beautiful gift for my granddaughter’s 21st bday! Very pleased with how it has turned out.
