This purchase was a replacement for a ring I used to have. This version was beefier and slightlylarger scale, thus better quality. The package tracking information was frequent but not detailed. However, the product arrived in a reasonable time and in very good condition.

very bad customer service-took about one full month to get order-picture to orange-no means to hand it on wall-would not recommend buying from this company-I ask for a discount and they wanted pictures-I sent them and was told the pictures were not clear enough and they could not read the packing label

Anytime I needed to ask questions I was responded to same day if not by next day!!! I ordered my Customized Candles for my grandmothers 1st year celebration in the Heavens w our Father God !! The look different than on the website !! Looked like actual engraving detailed b but instead I got a candle w a picture but it’s nice & I got 8 candles in 10 days THANK GOD I WILL HAVE OUR CANDLES FOR APRIL 17

Run. Do not buy from faith corner. They will not refund your money for the junk they make. They should be ashamed of themselves using the word faith. Nothing honest about this con game of a company

2. Pusieron mal la dirección y se perdio.
3. Quieren que yo ande investigando e illendo al correo y pidiendo confirmaciones de entrega para ellos seguir investigando, cuando el error fue de ellos.
Así que lo dejaré por la paz, ese día 21 de marzo indicó que el paquete ya estaba en el buzón, pero ojo nunca me llegó confirmación a mi correo, todo lo se por que ellos me mandaron la información a mi correo electrónico, y el número de track era incorecto.
Todo fue su error y solo nos comunicamos por correo electrónico, pedí algo con tanta emoción y termine enojada y frustrada, por que aser publicidad y umal servicio quedan, ya no voy a seguir peleando, pero esa era una sorpresa y recuerdo que tenia para mi esposo.

I was a bit frustrated with my first experience because initially the product I ordered was damaged in transit. When I sent pictures of the product and requested a replacement, I was offered 15% off and to me that wasn’t enough for an anniversary present. After a few weeks, I received a replacement in the mail and I was very happy with it.
