The product I received is nothing like…

The product I received is nothing like what you showed in your website it is so small you can’t read the what it’s says. It is cheap and I would be embarrassed to give it to my grandson when I complained I got the response sorry we can give you 10% off your next order item can’t be returned even though their return policy states it can. No one should buy anything from this company they are a shady company that is not responsible for what the sell or advertise if you want to throw money away this is the company to buy from because I just could have thrown my $40 in the trash and got better service from the trash collector than this company and a better product

The ornaments are well made and cute

The ornaments are well made and cute. However, with 5 names on the ornaments, the names are very tiny and difficult to read. I had to get a magnifying glass out to make sure the were spelled correctly! I just had my eyes checked, so it's not my vision.

In the advert it looked 3D when I received the goods I was disappointed as it is a flat piece of acrylic, this was supposed to be christmas gifts for my friends but they look cheap.

It wasn’t quite what I expected and on…

It wasn’t quite what I expected and on the bottom part of it paint was chipped off of my spouse‘s shoe. I’m going to keep it just because it’ll be a hassle to return it. It’s OK, but it really wasn’t worth the money.

Do not use this place!

Do not use this place. They messed up my entire order then they don’t get back to you. You try to submit something and it doesn’t go through. Nobody answers and the problem doesn’t get resolved. Clearly they didn’t follow my request requested order.
